'This hotel is close to rail station. There are restaurants nearby.
There seemed to be an issue with rubish collection as there were lots of bags of trash in front on many of the properties. However, the hotel, itself, and it's property were clean.
I really enjoyed the friendly staff. My room was a nice comfortable size. And, the property was quiet; I was able to get good sleep after touring the city. '

'Me and my wife has stayed at the hotel before and this time it was for our wedding night the staff was amazing and they went above and beyond with our room making it so beautiful for us on arrival. The restaurant wasn’t open this time we went but the bar still offers food which was delicious never the less. We have been to the restaurant before and the food is great there also.

'Everything as usual was excellent,
However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast.
On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special.
Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge.
Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff.
We will, ofcourse come to stay again.

'Unfortunately when we entered our room, water was dripping through the ceiling, a pipe had broken, we immediately reported it to the staff who quickly and efficiently moved us to an alternative room which was perfect. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was of the highest quality, can highly recommend the lamb shank. The menu is varied and delicious. 'Nice building, character. We had a huge room in the
eves, great. However, there is a need for some maintenance, stair carpet a big hole, some woodwork could do with a lick of paint, silicone refreshing. The spa, mmmm, clean those shower walls and repair some taps and such. It really needs to be uplofted in places.'
