'Everything left a lot to desire. We were shown one room and then placed in a completely different room, which seems to be the norm because it happened to other friends who then had to book another place. We came expecting a room with a kitchen but were placed in a room with not even a table or chair to eat and drink. Our rooms were not clean for the duration of the time we were there, neither were the towels changed. The wifi was non existent. We had to walk up stairs which were very slippery...

'We had a fantastic stay at 7th Heaven Kitchen & Cottage just before Easter 2024. The property is located in a small village on the southern slopes of Gros Piton. There is the green cottage and loft building, both were clean and there were US power adapters available along with WiFi. The yard is filled with a variety of tropical fruit trees, flowering plants and a small vegetable garden with humming birds and other local birds buzzing around. Our host Paul cooked excellent Saint Lucian creole...

'Where do we begin! Michelle is an incredible host and not mention... a visionary. The authenticity of the space transports you to a time when things were much more simple. We cannot recommend this place enough. The team at pink plantation was very accomodating even setting us up with a reservation for an exquisite dinner in town for our late arrival. If you are looking to experience the real St. Lucia, this is the place!'

'Getting to the property was easy. I honestly did Not know what to expect of the place however i was more than satisfied with the room. I really loved the layout of all the rooms. My favorite thing would have to be that bathroom because of the big mirror. Overall i give it 5 stars and i would definitely go back!'

'John and Jo have the most incredible home on the island! The view, the spacious bedrooms and common areas, the hospitality, the pool and the breakfast is to die for!! STAY AT THE OCEAN VIEW! It’s a short trip away from beaches on both the Caribbean and Atlantic side of the island, plus close to grocery stores and shopping, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! 'When I arrived, the owner said she had no record of my booking, and the guest house had no vacancy. She asked if anyone from Expedia had called to confirm my reservation?! Fortunately, the owner was very helpful in finding another property where I could stay. If you book at the guest house, confirm your reservation. Note also that parking around the guest house is very, very limited. '

'Location of the property was great, it was a short walk to the beach at Sandals. It was quiet and I felt very safe. Apartment was very nice and comfortable Short drive to a grocery store. We made many meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We went on many tours and were picked up at Sandals La Toc which was very convenient. Overall very happy and we truly enjoyed our stay.'

'My boyfriend and I stayed at the property for a week. The space was clean, the pool was lovely, communication with the property manager was efficient, and the taxi (Marcus) was quick. There was some typical wear and tear of the property, for example, only one burner on the bbq lit, there were a few pool table balls missing, and some lights were burnt out. Overall, our stay was great!'

'Secret Cove Villa is an awesome place to stay in St Lucia. The views from the home onto the ocean are outstanding, and we got daily sunsets. It rained a little almost every morning, so we also got some really pretty rainbows over the ocean. You can snorkel just steps from the property, and the beach is about a half mile walk on the other side of the peninsula. We also made extensive use of the private pool. We traveled with five adults and two infants, and there was plenty of room for everyone....

"This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and came with fully equipped kitchens. The beach was amazing and everything was spotless. There wasn’t a blade of grass out of place on the overall grounds. All in all, we had a great stay but I will say that the customer service needs some work. This is the only reason why I do not give 5 stars. There is a lack of effort and flexibility/accountability from the guest relations staff and if you “annoy” them to much by asking for help with simple things, then they even talk to each other about you as a group behind the front desk and roll their eyes in front of the hotel guests while you are talking to them. I found that a bit disrespectful. "
