Located very close to the Santa Maria di Leuca boardwalk and the town center, it offers the convenience of being within walking distance of all amenities. Inside, it features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—and a living room with a sleeper sofa. The bathroom includes a large tub with a shower and a washing machine. There are two air conditioners: one in the hallway, which effectively cools both bedrooms, and another in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. A storage closet holds small cleaning supplies and a portable barbecue. Accommodates 5 people, with the option to add an extra bed upon request.
