The living area, designed for your relaxation, also features a comfortable single sofa bed. The master bedroom, on the other hand, features a double bed and is equipped with a practical double closet.

The true heart of the home is the eat-in kitchen, ideal for preparing traditional local dishes. From here, you can access a second, completely private indoor veranda—an exclusive gem enhanced by a distinctive raised platform serving as a relaxation area.

To ensure your maximum comfort even on the hottest summer days, the apartment is air-conditioned. Getting around is also convenient, thanks to a free public parking lot on the street that’s easily accessible right near the property.
