the garden there is shaded parking, outdoor shower and barbecue. The
beautiful panoramic terrace, from which there is an exceptional sea
view, is the area dedicated to the pool and solarium.

In
a privileged position, on top of a slight rise overlooking the sea and
the breathtaking view of Leuca, Villa Horus is a beautiful, elegant and
super-equipped solution where to spend luxury vacations in the most
exclusive Salento.
The villa is fully fenced, with automatic gate
and shaded parking. The multi-level garden is equipped with relaxation
areas and greenery.
External stairs lead to the terrace, the
relaxation area par excellence: here is the beautiful swimming pool with
sea view, around which are positioned the deckchairs for sunbathing in
comfort.
A spacious veranda with a wooden canopy is
furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining, with a sea view, on
the ground floor. From here you enter the house, a real treasure chest
of design and characteristic building elements such as the superb barrel
and star vaults with exposed stones.
The entrance is into a large living room with sofa, TV, dining room and, next to it, the well-equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area on this level consists of 2 double bedrooms, and completed by a shower room.
At the back of the villa, further down from the ground floor, there is an outbuilding that houses 1 double bedroom and a shower room.

The

panoramic area in Santa Maria di Leuca, Lower Salento. All the main
services are present in summer.
Leuca, an exclusive destination
for summer vacations, pilgrimages and poetic walks, is a hamlet of
Castrignano del Capo and is located in the extreme south of Salento.
Famous
for the shrine of Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, its evocative sea
caves, eclectic 18th-century villas, as well as exclusive lidos, boat
excursions and much more. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
