Luxe villa met 4 slaapkamers

Gelegen in het kleine Portugese dorp Monte Francisco aan een doodlopende straat, vindt u dit luxe privé-bezit met eigen zwembad, volledig voorzien van airconditioning, woonvertrekken op één niveau. groot buitengebied met zwembad en bbq en ligbedden, tafel en stoelen. Volledig ingerichte keuken, bijkeuken, grote woonkamer en eetkamer. Vier extra grote slaapkamers (groter dan tweepersoonskamers), 2 slaapkamers zijn ensuites. Slaapkamer heeft superking size bed en ensuite, slaapkamer 2 heeft een kingsize bed, slaapkamer 3 heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden, slaapkamer 4 heeft een kingsize bed met een eenpersoonsbed en ensuite allen met inbouwkasten. Haardrogers, stijltangen, strijkijzer en strijkplank. voldoende handdoeken en strandlakens, wifi hoge snelheid glasvezel, Sky Sports TV. Speelkamer met pooltafel, tafeltennistafel, dartbord speelstation en xbox. Het kleine dorpje Monte Francisco heeft 3 restaurants, een kleine supermarkt en ligt op 10 minuten rijden van Praia Verde en het strand Cabeco, en op 10 minuten rijden van Spanje, genietend van de andere cultuur van Ayamonte en ervaar de heerlijke tapas. Slechts 40 minuten rijden van de luchthaven van Faro, of een uur en een kwartier rijden van Sevilla. Monte Francisco ligt in het hart van de golfwereld, met tal van golfbanen, op slechts 5 minuten rijden kunt u de 3 negen holes banen van Castro Marim ervaren die de villa overziet, en op 5 minuten rijden naar Quinta do Vale, een ontworpen kenmerkende baan door Seve Ballesteros, ook 15 minuten rijden naar de Costa Esuri golfbaan in Spanje, en 20 minuten rijden naar Isla Canela, Ayamonte en nog veel meer. Vanwege het stipje van mijn villa, sorry maar geen dieren toegestaan.

Home Away from Home

Christine and Kenny were excellent hosts and made us fill like family. The house was spacious and perfect for a crew of eight. All amenities were fabulous and perfect for our holiday stay. The scenery around property was beautiful and serene. We highly recommend this property.

Unforgettable August Getaway: A Perfect Holiday House for Friends and Kids

Our August vacation at the Chrsiti House was nothing short of amazing! A group of friends and our kids embarked on a memorable journey filled with laughter, adventure, and relaxation. With excellent amenities and a beautiful setting, this vacation home provided the perfect backdrop for our summer escape. The first thing that struck us upon arrival was the spaciousness of the house. It comfortably accommodated our group of friends and the kids, with room to spare. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms ensured privacy and convenience for everyone. The fully-equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, especially with a bunch of hungry kids. We could easily prepare meals, and the modern appliances made cooking a breeze. The house had a plethora of entertainment options to keep both kids and adults entertained. From board games and a well-stocked DVD collection to a large-screen TV and a gaming console, there was never a dull moment. The highlight of this vacation house was the outdoor space. The kids had a blast running around the spacious yard and swimming pool, while the adults enjoyed relaxing on the patio. A barbecue grill allowed us to have some delightful outdoor cookouts. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, from the well-appointed amenities to the gorgeous surroundings. If you're looking for a fantastic getaway with friends and kids, this vacation house is an excellent choice. We can't wait to return and create more unforgettable memories in this wonderful place.

This is the place to stay!

Christine and Kenny are amazing hosts and their place is a gem in a beautiful secluded part of the Algarve. Close to beaches, restaurants and attractions as well as an easy drive to Spain for more to explore! The pictures in the listing just don't do this place justice. It's is stunning and large. So much space for adults and children to enjoy. The pool is fabulous with a beautiful breeze throughout the day. I can't say enough about how amazing Christine and Kenny were. Very responsive, provided some great recommendations for places to eat and so accommodating! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a get away to the beaches!

Exceptional stay at Monte Francisco

I did wonder whether the villa would be as good as the previous reviews suggested but it did not fail to disappoint. It did exactly what it said on the tin! Our stay at the villa was exceptional. All we needed for a relaxed family get away in quiet area of Monte Francisco with beaches, restaurants and shops within a 15min drive. The villa is very spacious, lots of outside seating areas, extremely well equipped was lots of mod cons, a/c throughout, windows with integral blackout blinds. Christine was an excellent host, she made sure our stay was first class. I would highly recommend her villa as an excellent place to stay.

Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire dans une maison exceptionnelle, vraiment. Totalement équipée, rien ne manque. Tous les équipement sont parfaits. La maison est super propre. Aucun vis à vis sur la maison, pas de voisins proches. Nous avons pu rester tard dehors, sans déranger personne. Un barbecue et une plancha à notre disposition. La propriétaire nous a même ramené une friteuse neuve pour que nous puissions faites des frites. Il y a 4 chambres dont deux énormes suites composées de la chambre de très grands placards et d’une salle de bain. De deux autres chambres grandes également. Deux autres salles de bains sont également disponibles. Un sous sol avec salle de billard, Ping Ping et fléchettes. Bref une maison EXCEPTIONNELLE dans un cadre parfait! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour dans cette maison parfaite. Les propriétaires sont EXTRÊMEMENT accueillants et aux petits soins. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doutes !!!

Perfect relax!

The house is really great for a relaxing vacation. Located in a quiet area (you hear nothing but the birds), with Golf Castro Marim view (great view on the sunset!), it has plenty of nice areas that you can enjoy with your family or even when you need some more relaxing time alone: Swimming pool, coffee area in the outside, grill area with outdoor table, play room with snooker, table tennis, etc. Also a great beach 10min drive: We really love Praia Verde, but other options are also nearby, all with great restaurants when you are in the mood - I would recommend "Pezinhos na Areia". Back to the house: the hosts are lovely and you will have nothing but perfect communication and support during your stay. We will be back for sure next year!

Moradia grande, muito espaçosa, num ambiente rural calmo e relaxante. Ideal para famílias ou grupo de amigos numerosos. Estamos a 10 minutos de carro da Praia Verde e da Praia do Cabeço, assim como de Vila Real de Santo António e Espanha (Ayamonte). Piscina fantástica e espaço lúdico com mesa de ping pong e Snooker. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela proprietária da casa, está sempre disponível para qualquer questão. Local ideal para uma excelente semana em família ou com amigos, aliando campo e praia.
