Other Things to Note:
This townhome is nestled in a quiet, gated community. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM daily; please keep noise within property boundaries during these hours and remain mindful of neighbors throughout the day to maintain the serene atmosphere.

For your safety, the property includes a Ring doorbell camera at the entrance. Your privacy is our utmost priority, there are no surveillance devices inside the home.

Accessibility: The townhome is not wheelchair accessible due to multiple short flights of stairs throughout. All stairs have handrails, but please exercise caution for small children or guests with mobility challenges.

Pet Policy: The HOA does not permit dogs on-site. Please inform us in advance if you have a certified service animal with documentation.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.

Parking: One dedicated outdoor parking spot is provided, with additional guest parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Mandatory Rental Agreement

All reservations require a signed rental agreement, as mandated by applicable local regulations and/or community association rules.

Guests must review and electronically sign the rental agreement provided by Peninsula Luxe, Inc., the property's authorized management company, following reservation confirmation.

Execution of the rental agreement is mandatory and a condition of occupancy. Access instructions, entry codes, and access to the Property will not be provided until the agreement has been fully executed. No exceptions will be granted.

Failure or refusal to execute the required agreement may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the applicable booking platform's policies and reservation terms.
