Our goal is to let our guests have a great time and we're always at disposal in order to achieve them so we don't understand why you replied “the water is great” but, in particular, we’re really perplexed about the gnats and the fact described. .Why did you never talk about that during our mutual conversation on whatsapp? We’ve never been informed about this issue since we’ve been managing the residence, almost 10 years, and we are sure, due also to the cleaning and its protocol, that the issue didn’t happen inside the apartment but in some other place where you stayed during that week. It's understandable that the review is not too honest and the situation described doesn’t represent our company and is not part of our standard but anyway, we look forward to hosting you again here to give you a better experience so hopefully you can change your mind.
