There are remote controls for air conditioning, satellite TV, decoder, CD/DVD/radio, bedroom lights. The water heater is turned on by a switch located at the base, the oven is electric while the stove works with a gas cylinder inside the closet (where the electricity meter equipped with a circuit breaker is also located). The video intercom is autonomous but the external door opens from a button on the pushbutton panel located under the video intercom.

The keys to the external door are under a pot with a small plant in front of the entrance waiting to enter an electronic system. The keys to the internal door are located in a combination box next to the spotlight near the door (the combination number will be communicated at check in). At check out the keys must be placed in the box by rotating the 4 numbers of the combination to close it.
