hotel ligt centraal in de stad
het hotel is nogal aan vernieuwing toe. schimmel in de badkamer in dan ook geen uitzondering. veel onnodig kalkaanslag, vieze ventilatie in de badkamer. helaas was 's avonds ook de bar slecht. geen personeel achter de bar. na een half uur komt er nadat de receptie iemand gebeld heeft, iemand de bestelling opnemen. die was ook niet echt vrolijk omdat hij van zijn andere werk afgehaald werd. Dan de veel te hoge prijzen voor een flesje lokaal bier!!!! Wel was in het restaurant het eten goed, hier was een totaal ander sfeertje. Ook aan de dure kant, maar het eten is wel goed.

Leuk hotel midden in catania
Hotel ligt net iets ten noorden van het centrum waardoor alles goed te lopen is. Veel leuke restaurants met locals dichtbij. Alleen helaas is het strand ruim een uur lopen.

Net hotel...maar het hoogtepunt is voorbij
Het is een leuk hotel maar over zijn hoogtepunt heen. Het onderhoud van het gebouw loopt terug maar alles is wel goed schoon. Helaas een oude beeldbuis TV maar leuk voor wie van nostalgie houd. Matras aan de harde kant. Kussen kwaliteit magertjes. De kamer en badkamer is wel ruim.

For a hotel that claims to be ‘upscale’ they are severely lacking in basic services that most hotels offer guests worldwide; like shipping expensive forgotten items COD for guests. Instead I am forced to figure out how to hire a courier service in a country where I barely speak the language, completely blind to what size ‘box’ the hotel will be using to give my items to the courier.

Good location, good vibe and friendly staff
The hotel is located only a few blocks from the main street so it's easy to get to get to stores, landmarks, the local market, bakeries and restaurants. The hotel is clean and has a nice vibe in the reception and bar area. The staff was very help with questions and even provided us with a snack bag to take with us when we checked out early to catch our plane. So thoughtful. The hotel was popular when we were there with many visitors. A nice breakfast buffet too. For the price we paid it was a good deal and I recommend it.

Das Hotel ist für Citytrips sehr geeignet. 4* waren es nicht, aber im Großen und Ganzen vollkommen in Ordnung. Direkt vor dem Hotel fährt ein Bus zum Flughafen! Die Stadt ist auch in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
