Our room did not have AC, they accommodated us with a fan but honestly with the drop in temperature we were actually really comfortable and cool at night. They brought us some amazing coffees for us to enjoy in the evening while we relaxed in the terrace.'

'Hidden gem tucked into a quiet local village near Teotihuacán. Antonio and his wife were so kind. Antonio was full of suggestions for the area. He literally mapped out our 3 days there for us. The rooftop is super chill with an outdoor kitchen. Wake up early and watch the sunrise from the rooftop and you’ll be in for such a special surprise…the hot air balloons sail just above the rooftop. Also, the views of the Pyramids are spectacular. I would highly recommend Antonio’s place for a few nights'

We hadden vooraf contact gezocht omdat we laat zouden arriveren, geen probleem, we kregen het nr van de nachtwacht zodat we konden appen als we na 23.00 zouden aankomen. "Handige ligging ten opzichte van de luchthaven. Nette en ruime kamers. Overige faciliteiten ook prima op orde. Ons inziens niet geschikt voor langer verbijf. Prima hotel voor als je op doorreis bent."
"The hotel as such is very good, but the staff leaves much to be desired for. We chose this hotel because they offer a round the clock airport shuttle. We paid more for this hotel because of this service. When we checked in, we were informed that the next morning the shuttle wouldn't run for a while, but they would order a taxi (that we had to pay). At 6AM we're told there is no taxi available. In the end they had the shuttle running. We had to leave our luggage up to them. At the airport, we see one bag is missing-left behind in the hotel. One and a half hour later we're still waiting for the suitcase that would only take 30 minutes to be delivered. We ended up missing our flight and resulting in us having to buy 2 new flights for a value of over 400U$. And losing a full day if our holiday. NOT happy with their lousy service!!!"
