'Hotel claims it has wifi. It does not. Had to stay only one out of four nights as a result. Reported to Hotels.com. Residency hotel refused to refund me for the three nights. 'We arrived with a paid confirmation from Expedia at 11:00 pm. The management said they could not find my payment in their system. I gave them my confirmation and itinerary number showing paid by credit card. We had to leave and find alternative lodging in another hotel. Also the atmosphere was very suspect. '

'A neat and well-appointed hotel that could easily pass as a 3-star facility by Western standards, though let down by the location that is not too central. The manager kindly offered to provide a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, though am not sure if that is free as I had a different transport arrangement. Emmanuel who checked me in was quite hospitable. He is an asset to the establishment as he did his utmost to make my stay comfortable.'
