Other Things to Note:

* **City Occupancy Requirements:** The City of Cathedral City requires all guests to complete a verification process on a separate platform (SuiteOp) after booking. This includes signing a contract, providing a copy of your government-issued ID, and submitting the license plate numbers of your vehicles.

* **Security Hold:** Please note that the $750 security hold mentioned in some communications does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb, as their platform handles this separately.

* Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **Cancellation Policy:** We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance. Our policy is as follows:

* 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

* No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.

* **Mail & Packages:** You are welcome to have packages delivered, but this is at your own risk. We recommend using a local post office or an Amazon Locker for secure delivery, as property mail is sometimes forwarded, which can cause delays.

* **Our Commitment to Cleanliness:** Your health and safety are our top priority. Our professional housekeeping team ensures the property is spotlessly clean and sanitized before your arrival, using EPA-registered products and focusing on all high-touch surfaces.
