Dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers heeft een mooi uitzicht op de prachtige Desert Princess Golf Course, terwijl het voldoende is verscholen om golfballen te voorkomen. Elke slaapkamer heeft een comfortabel bed van CalKing. Het is ook slechts een steenworp naar het zwembad en de spa. Ga op het terras zitten en geniet van het uitzicht! Comfortabele banken en een extra grote stoel maken dit een zeer comfortabele reis. Helder en licht dit appartement kan precies zijn wat u zoekt in de woestijn levensstijl. Het is minder dan tien minuten van Palm Springs International Airport. Het ligt dicht bij alles in Palm Springs dat leuk is! Restaurants, winkels, casino's, kermis, museum en tram.

Als je in de frisse lucht en het prachtige natuurlijke landschap bent, dan is de woestijn iets voor jou. Met uitzicht op de bergen op de achtergrond zit u ontspannen op de patio en kijkt u uit op een weelderige groene golfbaan met waterfonteinen in het cursusmeer. Als je ook in vorm wilt blijven, is de Desert Princess Country Club and Resort de plek voor jou. Naast de golf, kunt u ook fietsen in het bewaakte complex van het resort. Er zijn ook Klasse A tennisbanen, een augurkbalveld, racquetballbanen, veel zwem- en baantjeszwembaden en een uitstekende uitgebreide fitness- en gewichtenfaciliteit. Voor wandelen, ga dan naar de vele wandelpaden die beginnen in de plaatselijke uitlopers van de bergen. Je kunt ook met de tram naar de top van het San Jacinto-gebergte rijden. De luchttram rijdt twee en een halve mijl de berg op naar een ongerepte wildernis aan boord van 's werelds grootste roterende trams. Vanaf daar is het wandelen eindeloos. Na alle fitnessactiviteiten gaat u naar de spa voor wat verwennerij.

Voor entertainment zijn de casino's midden in het centrum ongeveer 7 mijl afstand. In Palm Springs presenteert het Annenberg-theater enkele van de beste artiesten uit de wereld van muziek, drama, komedie, opera en dans.

Relaxing stay with beautiful views

Great Long Weekend

This was the perfect place for us. Our favorite spot was the back patio enjoying the weather and watching the golfers. We had some very high winds which drove us inside, but the sofas were comfy as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and both bedrooms and both baths were spacious. The Desert Princess property is beautiful and the location is about 15-20 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. We were able to easily and quickly get anywhere we wanted to go. Bill was quick to respond and was great to work with. If you are looking for a designer decorated property with high end appliances, you will be disappointed. But if you want a comfortable stay with everything you need in a great location, look no further.

Quick 4 day weekend escape

Wanted a quick getaway for a long holiday weekend where we could enjoy the desert and the pools, and this place fit our needs. We were there during a period of extremely high winds and as such a lot of fine desert dust found its way in (unavoidable) and a lot of the pools were quite dirty, but I don’t hold any of that against the property owner. Would rent here again.

Top Notch and Hassle-Free Accommodation

Our 4 night stay had so much going for it: a clean, nicely laid out spacious unit, and in a great location convenient to lots of activities in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert/Cathedral City area. We especially appreciated the fact that the bed and pillows were just right to give us a great night’s sleep after our 9 hour drive. The proximity of one of the many pools and hot tubs was a real plus, located just a brief walk out from the back patio. We would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for care free comfort on a beautiful golf course.

Great little gem and close to everything

We loved our stay, and can't say enough nice things about both Bill (the owner) and the property. This property is a great value across the board, from cost to central location, to ease and convenience. The condo was very clean, comfortable, homey and one of those places that is instantly familiar when you walk in, like a good friend's house or the home you grew up in. We walked in, unpacked, felt like we were home and never felt like we couldn't touch anything. This is not a fancy showcase home, it's a real home for real people looking for low stress and an easy getaway The patio is right on the golf course, and there was something really easy and comfortable about being on the greenbelt. Our dog loved laying in the grass right off the patio and it makes the unit feel much bigger than it already is. The Desert Princess is an exceptional residential resort community, and there are more than 30 small semi-private pools throughout the complex that serve each of the clusters of homes. "Our" pool was about 50 feet away and we had it to ourselves for most of the trip, but also met some great residents one afternoon who wound up taking us for a tour in their golf cart and out for drinks. Finally, I want to recognize the owner, Bill. He was very responsive, super easy to work with and made sure that we were well taken care of. We had a lot of great conversations and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from him on any of his properties.

The property is fantastic, right on the 5th hole of the lagos course at the Desert Princess Resort. Beautiful view of the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the place is stocked with everything you need. The owner Bill was super accommodating and got back to me quickly anytime I had a question. 3 great 9 hole golf courses on property, the clubhouse was nice to grab a bite and a drink after our round. The pool and hot tub are right next to you and we had them to ourselves the entire week. Lots of movies and books to choose from, cornhole and bocce ball. Many other golf courses nearby, casinos close by too. We had a fantastic time at Bill's condo.

Bill was easy to communicate with, .checking in and checking out was simple too. We felt like we had a private pool and Jacuzzi as no one else was there. We liked the lay out of two master suites on opposite wings of the house. We would go back as it was quiet and peaceful.

Loved staying in a country club!

Loved walking out of the condo every morning and feeling the grass under my toes in the sun. The pool is 50 feet away. The tennis facility and the morning clinics were great. It was also fun to eat at the clubhouse!

Very Outdated and in need of a good cleaning

We were very disappointed, the condo was very outdated, many cobwebs, and needed a good cleaning. I wonder if there is a towel shortage in Cathedral City,? We had only one bath towel for each bathroom and one kitchen towel. The kitchen range and microwave are in need of an upgrade, the dials are so worn you cannot read them. On the other hand, the outside is beautiful and the the golf course is great.

The place was neat and comfortable, and furnished with all the amenities one would need. Out the back, is what we considered to be the best bocce court you could ask for. 😊 We had a couple of minor problems, but Bill had them fixed quickly. Overall, the place was great and we would definitely rent it again. 👍
