• Maximum occupancy: 6 adults
• Parking: Maximum 3 vehicles (No parking in front of mailbox)
• No outdoor music at any time
• Music played indoors must not be audible beyond the property line
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Outdoor noise-producing activities are prohibited during quiet hours
• All guests over 18 must acknowledge the City’s Good Neighbor brochure
• City Transient Occupancy Tax: 12% + 1% regional program
