'Check in was adequate and the room itself and bed were exceptionally comfortable. Over the top comfortable bed. The restaurant across the alley was bustling busy, but the hostess at the hotel assisted in making sure there was a reservation for us as hotel guests. We found a piece of metal wire in our burger from the restaurant. Besides that, the food was pretty good but not very impressive. 'A very beautiful place all together a first class hotel with incredibly appointed rooms. Safety measures were apparent on the elevators so floor to floor travel required a room key. '
