'The easy check in policy they were up on their game when you entered the property and you received your keys and info right then. The staff were super nice and the hotel was absolutely beautiful and the rooms looked exactly like the pictures online. The pool area was always maintained by the staff and very relaxing. Plus at night the hallways were quiet except for the occasional sounds of children upset from crying the walls are rather thin so you can hear pretty good any noises in the hallway...

'everything is close to the Springs and parking is plentiful and safe. In fact the room was exceptional and quiet with easy access and comfort. The only reason for my 4 star really had more to do with condition than amenities. The TV was not set up for ease of use and no local chanels for weather etc., a squeaking door to access bath, and lighting by the bed area a little dim. All things were minor but things that can be easily remedied. We fullly enjoyed the stay and the bed/pillows were...

'Please be aware that this place will only allow to check in after 4 PM. If you choose to do an early check-in, they can work with you but know that you need to keep constantly contacting the host in order for them to give you a code to check in. The water in the pool look green so I did not get in. Overall the inside of the facility it’s decent.'
