Nicole, who checked me in Saturday night was very personable and professional. Cora the housekeeping attendant was great. I will definitely spend the night there again the next time I’m in Biloxi.'

'My main complaint is housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:30 am even with a do not disturb hanger on the door. Check out isn’t until 11 and I didn’t get to bed until after 4am. Won’t stay there again. The wait to check in was 35-40 minutes and with broken elevators it took me 20 minutes to get on an elevator to my room. '
