Located at the foot of the gondolas, this 33m² apartment allows you to get around entirely on foot. Situated in the Bellevue residence on the 1st floor with elevator access.

It comprises a bedroom with a double bed (140cm). A quiet living room/kitchen overlooking the courtyard. An alcove in the enclosed entrance area of the living room features two single bunk beds (90cm) and two storage compartments underneath.
A bathroom with a washing machine (and clothesline), and a separate toilet in the entrance.
A dishwasher, television, induction hob, and brand-new washing machine are provided.
A Dolce Gusto coffee machine is also included.

Free parking space opposite the residence.
Check-in is between 4 pm and 6 pm. Upon arrival at the agency, you will receive complimentary bed linens and a small welcome gift. If you plan to arrive after 6 PM, please contact us; we have a key box in front of the agency.

End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants.
