Uitstekend hotel. Zeer verzorgt.

Uitstekend hotel
Mooie ruime kamer met gescheiden was tafel, toilet en douche. Alles zeer schoon en in perfect staat. Dit was onze 4e verblijf in dit hotel. Zijn al enkele keren blij verrast met een upgrade. Rustig gelegen maar toch dicht bij het gardameer. Komen zeker hier vaker terug

Otroligt bra!
Andra året i rad vi är där, helt fantastiskt! Första året utan barn och andra med barn, lika bra båda gångerna. Rummen är fräscha och rymliga, servicen otroligt trevlig och bra. Stora sköna sängar, och rummen är moderna. Riktigt bra frukost med stort utbud! Poolen är enorm och finns massa plats både i och kring den och poolbaren har allt man behöver. De har ingen restaurang, bra att veta att det inte finns middag där, men mycket bra restauranger i närheten så det är verkligen inget problem. Kommer garanterat åka tillbaka!

Idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung des Gardasees. In der App Komoot sind viele Radtouren eingestellt, die dort beginnen. Tolle Umgebung mit vielen Möglichkeiten, essen zu gehen. Für weitere Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten ist am Gardasee gesorgt, der in nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto erreichbar ist. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Weitläufige schöne Anlage.

A really stunning location in amongst the vineyards. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. There was a storm on the night we arrived and there is no restaurant on site but they did make us a sandwich to go with our wine (it wasn't possible to walk in that weather to the nearest restaurant options (~500m away). If you're staying for a while you probably would need a car as the taxis (whilst very comfortable) are quite expensive to keep getting to and from Lake Garda (both Bardolino and Lasize are ~10 mins by car) but not possible to reach really on foot or by bike. The pool is really nice and there's a snack bar there too. The wine was delicious. Rooms comfortable with good air conditioning and comfy beds. Spacious - we did have an issue with the shower door coming off but didn't report in the end as seemed like one of those things that probably happens all the time.

Really nice and spacious room. Nice surroundings and perfect place to bring your dog. And yes you can clearly hear the highway but hey you get what you pay for. Breakfast REALLY good and EXCELLENT coffee. Very friendly staff!

a very relaxing place, lovely vineyard surrounding, it makes you feel at peace. our room had amazing views, we could watch sunrise, sunset. big room and bathroom both very comfortable. on the other side the rooms a/c didn’t work. the staff isn’t really trained to treat guests. in general they are very rude, they answer back terribly. we were told to leave out luggage in a place where everyone could have access to because we arrived early and they didn’t had a secure storage room. we had the do not disturb sign and they opened the door when we were there. at checkout they weren’t charging the correct amount of out stay, we had to tell them to double check. in general this is a very nice place, you can get to lago di gardas towns easily, but staff really needs to get well trained.

Good morning Marina and thanks for the review and the nice words on our Borgo.I'm sorry if the staff were rude, as it usually doesn't happen.However, I must say that, for check in, we clearly communicate on the website and on the email you received before leaving, that we do not accept arrivals before 3pm.We can anticipate, but only if the customer warns us and we check if the conditions are there to give the best service. And anyway, we didn't welcome before 1pm.The reasons are very specific. We need to better follow the customers in the hotel until check out and then do the cleaning properly.If you arrived much earlier, without announcing it, I tell you that the colleague was wrong if he was not kind, but he should have told you to come back later 15 pm.For other things, unfortunately sometimes it can happen. I will speak to the colleagues at the reception.We try to do our best, but unfortunately we are not perfect.I conclude by saying that I hope to still have you our opite and to be able to show that we can do better.Have a nice day.

Fantastic stay
There is a balcony in my suite with a great view. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed a break from the heat wave at the pool everyday during our stay. All staff are friendly and polite. Everything is clean and neat. Buffet breakfast is delicious. We were offered a bottle of their wine as a gift at checkout. This hotel is a gem and highly recommended!

Das romantico Borgo verspricht Romantik. Dazu gehört mE auch Ruhe. Da die sehr stark befahrene Autobahn ca. 100m neben dem Hotel liegt, kommt die Romantik leider im eigentlich schönen Zimmer bzw der sehr schönen Umgebung nicht so richtig zum Leben. Schade für den ansonsten besuchenswerten Ort.

Wenn der Wind aus Osten kommt, gibt es draußen etwas Lärm, aber die Zimmer sind absolut schallisoliert. Ich glaube jedoch, dass es viele romantische Dinge gibt, vom großen Park über die Ausstellung von Gemälden und Fotografien bis hin zu der Schönheit der Zimmer, dem guten Wein und vor allem dem Lächeln und der Höflichkeit unserer Mitarbeiter. Aber wir können uns immer verbessern. Ich hoffe, Sie noch bei uns zu haben.

Excellent accueil avec en plus la bonne surprise d’un surclassement : une suite harmonieuse et spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur les vignes. Très bel endroit, très bien entretenu avec un excellent service. Le seul petit bémol : on entend un peu le bruit de l’autoroute lorsque nous nous trouvons à l’extérieur. Dommage que nous n’ayons pas pu rester plus longtemps … Ce qui est sûr c’est que nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si nous revenons dans la région !
