The Villa consists of a first floor and an upper floor with access by internal staircase and each floor also has its own private outdoor access.
It is air-conditioned on both floors and is ideal for entertaining two families as one large family or 4 couples of friends.PGJyPgPGJyPg
The First floor consists of
- A private outdoor access
- 2 large bedrooms of 18/25m² one with a double bed of 180x200 x30 and the other 2 beds of 90x200x30, both have access to the terrace,
- A bathroom equipped with two sinks, a shower and a BOSCH washing machine
- A kitchen equipped with a very large fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, coffee maker as well as a complete set for the kitchen and tableware.
- A separate toilet
The kitchen opens onto a terrace with a very large table for 10 people as well as outdoor garden furniture sheltered from the sun if desired.
Large terrace, parasol base with parasol, plancha in the pool House and 8 deckchairs, garden furniture.

The first floor also has:
- A private access
- A fully equipped kitchen; a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, oven and hob, Nespresso coffee maker, ice maker, all cooking equipment and tableware with access to a large balcony terrace.
- A south-facing living room, sea view, is surrounded by a large balcony terrace equipped with a table that can accommodate 8 people, a parasol base and armchairs.
This balcony opens onto three large openings towards the living room, plus one towards the upstairs kitchen as well.
The living room is composed of a living room and a dining area that can also accommodate 8 people.
- An independent bedroom area with 2 bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets.
One of the 2 bedrooms has its small terrace with sea view and a bed of 180x200x30, the other 2 beds of 90x200x30 with a view of the hill and palm trees,
- A separate toilet
- A bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub - possibility to put a changing table in both bathrooms.

All 4 bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, with wardrobes, shelves, many hangers, dressing tables, 3 out of 4 bedrooms have external access.

The pool is 4x8, 4 different levels at the entrance, will allow you to sit down to read or enjoy a cold drink in glasses suitable for the :) pool.
It has a child safety alarm and is practically fenced except for the part of the massif.

The rental price is all taxes included, The cleaning package at the exit is mandatory - On the other hand beyond one week of rental, two hours of cleaning will be offered to you.
Sheets and towels are not provided, possibility to rent them on site.

Our animal friends are not invited.
Smokers are requested to smoking outside.
The villa is not designed for large party gatherings, nor for a motorhome pitch
