The pine-paneled walls, light-colored floors, and light from the windows create a chalet atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. It accommodates up to 4 people.🛋️ Living room — A warm and welcoming space with a comfortable sofa (which converts to a sofa bed for two), a dining area with a table, and a charming wooden corner bench, perfect for dinner after a day of skiing or hiking. A Smart TV is available for relaxing evenings, and the traditional Trentino pine sideboard adds character to the room.🍳 Kitchenette — Equipped for preparing your own meals: electric stove, Bosch oven, refrigerator, stone countertop, and tableware. Ideal for breakfast with a view before hitting the trails or for a family dinner after returning home.🛏️ Double bedroom — Bright and relaxing, with a double bed, wardrobe, and a window overlooking the mountains: you'll fall asleep and wake up with the valley before you. The special touch is the projector with a screen: your own little in-room cinema for evenings wrapped up in blankets.🚿 Bathroom — One, modern and well-appointed, with a shower stall, wall-mounted toilet, and heated towel rail. There's also a new washer-dryer (washes and dries), very convenient for long stays and for those arriving with mountain gear. A shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispenser are also included.🌄 The terrace — The heart of the house in the summer: furnished and livable, overlooking the valley and mountains, with the red-roofed chalets just below. The perfect spot for a morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.Comfort in every season: independent heating, which you can adjust directly from the thermostat, and free Wi-Fi. Linens are always included (sheets and towels). A foldable cot is available for families with newborns.The entire apartment and furnished terrace overlooking the valley are at your disposal. The apartment is on the ground floor, but from street level you climb a few steps to reach the entrance (there is no elevator). Convenient parking is available in the shared garage: leave your car there and focus on enjoying the mountains.You're in Cavalese, the capital of the Val di Fiemme, one of the most beautiful villages in Trentino: a cozy historic center, shops, restaurants, pastry shops, and the authentic atmosphere of the Dolomites.⛷️ Winter — the Alpe Cermis cable car departs from Cavalese and takes you to slopes and panoramic views; the Latemar ski area (Pampeago–Predazzo–Obereggen) and the entire Ski Center Latemar/Dolomiti Superski network are just a short distance away.🥾 Summer — hiking, mountain pastures, mountain biking, and the Val di Fiemme and Fassa cycle path that connects the villages along the Avisio River, through meadows and coniferous forests.🌲 All around, the Paneveggio Natural Park and the Lagorai mountain range: pure nature, clean air, and silence.
