'Mijn ervaring met Le Grande Maison.Dit is absoluut geen hotel.Bij aankomst is er niemand je moet dan een nummer bellen wat aan gegeven staat op de deur.Enige tijd later komt er iemand die je een kamer aanwijst.Het is een oude verbouwde boerderij met veel trappen en geen lift.Ik ben reuma patient met 2 kunstheupen echt comfortabel is dit dus niet.Parkeer gelegenheid is er bijna niet zo krap dat er nu een deuk in mijn auto zit.De aankomst straten zijn zo nauw dat je met veel kunst en vliegwerk...

'A really wonderful hotel, excellent service, the restaurant had great food, and the view from the balcony on the valley-side was breathtaking. It is attached to the telepherique, so it may be noisy during seasons when it's working, but as it was closed when I came, it didn't have any impact on the stay. Another wonderful thing about the hotel is it's right on the Bisse-de-Vex, where you have lots of hiking trails off of, and lots of dog friendly options for short walks. '

The room was incredibly spacious, with plenty of storage space for clothes and belongings — much more than we expected. The décor was simple and minimalistic, and although there was no mini bar, it didn’t take away from our comfort at all.

I was in rush to the train station to catch the hourly train back to Montreux but could only reached the hotel to retrieve my luggage 10 min before the train departure. "The chalet was very spacious and well equipped. We found the location super because of the small slope for the sledge, the proximity of the bus stop, and the shops at walking distance. The owner is very friendly and takes his time to communicate. Contact at site was friendly and available for questions.
