'Really nice hotel, super friendly staff! When your looking for a hotel a bit further away from all the other tourists, this is perfect. When your want to snorkel, dive etc this is a less favourable spot. It’s 1 hour and 45 min away from the major dive spots. What i did is booked a couple of tours with the staff. They are more that willing to create a tour to your liking.'

'Wifi issues!! For the first day wifi only worked outside of the room, not inside; after that, it didn't work at all. My family and friends tried to reach me for two days and couldn't get me. This is a problem because loved ones will be worried and the guest can't call a taxi or order food. There's also no kitchen. The property needs to be updated. Thankfully there's hot water and AC. Wifi nonetheless, is the most important service that travelers need, and it's advertised on their website but...

'I would give the Terra Nova 3 stars. The main reason for this lower rating was the state of the bathroom, the toilet had a clear seal applied right over a layer of black grime, leaving it looking absolutely dirty. For a high-end hotel, I definitely expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.'
