This is a much older hotel but it was very clean and the staff were extremely nice. It’s very close to the water taxi port and centered around lots of popular tourist spots. 'This property was simply amazing. It was nice quiet tucked away but not to far from the party. The property staff were amazing from the time I booked until the time we departed. They assisted us to back and forth to beach complementary a back and forth to the water taxi to go on our excursions. The rooms were gorgeous just as advertised and very spacious. 'The property didn’t appear to what it looked like in the picture. The air conditioner above the bedroom wall was leaking on to the bed and my head where we sleep multiple times. The room gets hot in the middle of the night. We notified the staff and he tried to fix it but he stated it had to be fixed when we check out. They also need to update their cookware. The beach water had seaweed all over it. We couldn’t get in the water. They had to replace the coffee maker which was not working.'

'What a great trip and a great house. Everything was easy and perfect. Coral Reef did not disappoint in any way. The detached casita was just what our 18 year old son needed. The pool, hot tub, and roof top bar made for the perfect end to a day at the beach. Only minor drawback was the construction on both sides, but not something that can be controlled. Would definitely stay here again. '

'The ad does not seem to mention that Casa Reina is a 3 story walk up. Also, there seems to be no mention that the rooftop pool is private to certain rooms.
