'3 night stay, everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly and we had no trouble parking. Easy drive to restaurants and the beach. We will definitely stay again. '

'Good location. The cons: Struggled to close door, door lock not functioning. For safety reasons I attempted to contact host to inform but no answer. Host informed the following day and said that door locked automatically once shut from the inside, but at no time did one hear the automatic lock. '

'Apartment was clean and comfortable. Communication with property owner was great responses within minutes. The kitchen only has coffee maker, microwave and fridge. No cooking. Good location to beach . Was a great place to stay.'

'I'd stay away. I wanted to give them a good review. We didn't have running water for 2 nights! The host told us if we stayed, we'd get a refund for the 2 nights. She said it'd go through in two weeks. It's been two weeks and expedia said no request was submitted. Expedia is only giving half back and I'm fighting to get what was promised as it ruined part of our experience in PR. Besides the lack of running water, it was as advertised. 'I picked the Surfing Turtle based upon positive reviews but I definitely didn’t have a good experience. I guess someone has to draw the short straw. That was me - my room faced the very BUSY and LOUD road that was about 4 feet from the door. The loud music from nearby clubs went on late into the night. 'Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. '

'The power went out twice which made it hard to sleep because the place doesn’t have generators and the AC unit wasn’t working. There was a snake outside our room. The dogs barked too much. When we reached out to the host they didn’t have a solution to the problem. They didn’t provide flashlight or water. The water was running very low and many who stayed ended ip checking out. '

'The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. '
