Stijlvolle en bijgewerkte Ocean View Condo

Cayucos is de perfecte strandvakantie als u op zoek bent naar een ontspannende kustervaring. Dit charmante condominium ligt op een gewenste locatie aan de westkant van Highway 1. Het is slechts 5 minuten lopen naar het strand en 10 minuten lopen naar de stad. Weg van het lawaai van het verkeer, maar toch dicht genoeg bij de actie!

Een goed ingerichte appartement met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers met panoramisch uitzicht op de oceaan, dit volledig bijgewerkte en stijlvolle appartement biedt accommodatie voor 4 personen. Het is een open concept plattegrond met nieuwe meubels, waaronder kingsize en queensize bedden in de master en tweede slaapkamers, bank en stoelen in de woonkamer, en een grote uitbreidbare eettafel.

Andere nieuwe voorzieningen zijn een flatscreen-tv in zowel de woonkamer als de slaapkamer met directe tv en een nieuwe dvd-speler. De master suite heeft een panoramisch uitzicht op de oceaan met stranddecor en een nieuw bad. De tweede slaapkamer en een complete badkamer bevinden zich op de begane grond. Volledig ingerichte keuken met nieuwe koelkast en gefilterd water. Garage voor 2 wagens, wasmachine, droger en ook nieuwe gasgrill.

Dreamy Place

We had the loveliest stay in this little piece of heaven place. As soon as we walked in we could tell it was super clean and ready for us to settle in. We had everything we needed, the kitchen was stocked with all essential supplies, we used the kitchen a lot during our stay and it was perfect. It was in a prime location, we walked to the beach with our two young boys, walked downtown, walked everywhere…we loved it. Mornings were the best, we could hear the ocean waves, feel the breeze and hear the seagulls in the distance. We’ve been vacationing in the Morro/Cayucos area for the past several years and by far this has been one of our favorite places to stay, we will be staying here again!

Just got back from an amazing 5-day stay at Nancy's Ocean View Condo, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was a breeze—super easy and straightforward. The condo was spotless, and the views of the ocean were just breathtaking. Kevin, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Cayucos is such a charming coastal town! Plus, we took some time to visit nearby Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo, which made for perfect day trips. Overall, we had a fantastic time away from home, enjoying quality moments together in such a beautiful setting. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning views, this is the place to be! Absolutely lovely place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. It's close to the beach, but also close by to town and places to eat, etc. The condo was neat, clean, and stocked with beach chairs and even towels for us. The floorplan is great, and there are two balconies to enjoy. We also used the grill on a couple of nights and it worked well. TV was great, no connectivity issues and the WiFi also worked really well. The coffeemakers, dishes, utensils are all modern which is important to us after some other experiences we've had. Appliances are also new and modern. I can't say enough about this place and truly look forward to staying here again. It will be our go to when we make trips to Cayucos/Morro Bay.

Organized and super clean!

This was probably the cleanest and most organized place I have ever rented! It had everything you need for cooking. The deck had an amazing view, and it was great to have the garage for our car and bikes. You could walk to town or the beach within a few minutes. Super quiet street! The master bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. I loved that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Property was clean, spacious and updated. All the amenities needed for a family were provided, meaning in addition to the usual amenities the kitchen had all the supplies for cooking. Host also provided beach towels, chairs and umbrella for beach outings. Property location is easily walkable to downtown. Balcony off the living/dining room was a perfect spot to watch the ocean/sunrise with a cup of coffee or end the night with a glass of wine. We will stay again!
