Close to Ayala Pavilion and 7-11. We stayed during Sinulog. They had a sound system rented and played music from the front porch. VERY festive and contributed to the atmosphere. The wifi was reliable and, of course, the staff was amazing as with most hotels here in the Philippines. If you stay here, I highly recommend a trip to Mactan Island to see 10,000 Roses. It's a fantastic night attraction.

Great place!
Very nice hotel, conveniently located. Quiet and comfy. I wish they had an option for smaller pillows. I prefer a thin pillow rather than a very large thick one. Overall the room was perfect for our short stay.

Wil never book again!
The family room was too small. No space for our 2 big bags. I even paid extra to get a big space as they advertised their family room to be good for 4 people. My husband found cockroaches in there toilet. No internet the whole stay. I called the receptionist a lot of times for help but they just told me to refresh the wifi connection. I gave up calling them again as they just gave me the same answer. I didnt see any initiative from the staff to help. No complimentaries in the room (toothbrush, toothpaste, water..) Can find a better hotel in cebu centrum at a lesser price.

Needs Improvement but Great Service
This has been my second time to visit the hotel in 5 years. I stayed here when it was almost brand new. I must say that the condition of the room has gone down. The bed is comfortable but the sofa sleeper are worn out. There's black ants and baby roaches in the room. I had booked a Family room for 3 overnight stays within 2 weeks time. The second one I got on the 4th floor had so much baby roaches in the bathroom that I was so scared to go shower the next morning. I don't like how their bathrooms are set up. The toilet and shower area are almost of the same level that the water starts flowing into the toilet area when you shower. The bathroom doors are showing a lot of water damage in the inside due to that issue. The handheld fixture in the bathroom of my 1st stay wouldn't stay up when you adjust the height. I wished that they could fix up the way their bathrooms are set up, and maintain the facility a lot better because I really liked the service here from all the staff.

The hotel is clean, staff are nice. The room was big enough, bed was big enough. The food was not as good. Internet sucks, unable to connect in the room. Can only connect at the lobby but it is also unreliable. I like the location because it is on a major road where transportation is very easy to get.

central to takeaways and easy to get transport to town centre. that said i did walk it a few times. felt secure and very clean. wifi worked well, air con done its job. on the few meals i did have were well priced and nice to eat. i had a deluxe room but no wardrobe to hang clothes in. only had 5 coat hooks with hangers in the room, which was for 3 people. i had one big concern. i stayed for 15 days and my key card to my room went missing from reception. i was questioned as to whether i had handed it in. i pointed out they could check on the cctv. they never did explain what happened to it even though i asked on a few occasions. overall i would return to this hotel as it offered what i wanted at a fair price.

Never again
My booking was for two nights, but I decided to checkout right after seeing the room. I felt faint as soon as I went into the room; it seemed to have been over sprayed with room deodorizer to make it smell clean. The side tables in the room had paints peeling off. The atmosphere in the lobby was not pleasant,at all; many people walking through and the reception and other staff were conversing aloud by the glass door or from the desk.Did not give a feeling of professional service.---Annon

Everything was great for the price. Staff are very nice. Only thing we did not like, the room was warm because the AC unit was not cooling enough for the room (It was for both 2 rooms we stayed). We still want to stay again, hoping their AC unit will be better in that time.

Rules everywhere and about everything. It is not often that one sees s price list of everything in the room as in if you break it how much it costs. Room service was on pay at delivery and such. But the hotel itself and the room were nice and clean

Hotel was very good. Good experience overall. I specially liked coffee at the hotel. I did not have breakfast as I was waking up late due to jet lag. Staff is very friendly.

Excellent hotel
Room was very clean, good Air con. Service was excellent and very friendly. Wifi was good in room and lobby. Location was not great. it was about a 20 min walk to the city center and the surrounding area was very busy and dirty. It is located on a main road so there are plenty of taxis and jeepneys (very cheap and takes you to center).

Excellent, Clean and affordable stay in Cebu😍
It was an amazing, fun and a very short stay. They have professional and awesome staffs. Good service and accommodation. Very clean and nice rooms. Very nice and strong shower. Laundry and Restaurant in the location. Excellent and affordable food. A very convenient location just right next to banks, fast foods, local restaurants and shopping center. Would love to come back and stay again. I recommend this hotel for all travelers who were looking for a nice, clean and affordable stay.

Budget wise hotel and accessible with everything.
Initially since i left Sydney winter time. I was welcome by a very little,steamy hot room with worn out towels esp. Bath Matt. I request to cancel my reservation and willing to pay for a day use. The front office staff said Expedia haven't paid! I'm totally shock with others staring at us. So humiliate. We stayed at the lobby since i am not happy over the room, so suffocating no ventilation and the place so hot! After a few minutes i was approached by a supervisor and offered other room. We came to terms of choosing 608 among th rest.because it has a mountain view but window is sealed bathroom no windows, so suffocating. After a while the front office told me that Expedia paid and there is no cancellations or refunds of any sort. My one stay is so so. The pictures of Canberry at the internet is so inviting and in reality is not good. Also wifi is only a day or two the rest of my stay is hell! I paid extra to have contact the outside world. It is an experienced never to ignored. I've learned so much from my stay at Canberry.

Nice helpful staff
I had 2 nights here and I must say for the price I payed it was excellent. Near to shops a taxi comes past all the time outside or you can just ask the doorman and he will get you one. Very helpful staff and they also do a breakfast there if you want one. We went to jolly be down the road so I never tried it so can't comment on the food. If I am in Cebu again I would stay here again.

Decent hotel to just stop off for airport stay o
It was a very nice hotel and the greatest part about it was the staff . Everyone was very inviting and very personable, always with a friendly smile. They go out of their way to make sure everything is just the way u want it . The rooms are a bit smaller than used to but very good for the price . No swimming pool or anything fancy like that but a great place to just relax after an airport stay or long drive from oslob.

Good bedding. Reasonable price.close to the public market.accessible to main road where easy to commute or getting a cab.although room is small and need sanitising.we had a great sleep due to the cool aircon and comfy beds.will stay again.

Excellent location, excellent staff
Excellent location and staff. While this was a 'budget' hotel, it fit our need perfectly. The only thing I could say bad about this was that there is only one power outlet in the room. This was challenging but not one to diminish the stay. We were close to the family home, and all amenities we needed. The staff was very engaged, and helpful. Always a smile. I would definitely stay there again if we are back in Cebu.

房間非常舒適,浴室的淋浴也都很讚!wifi也很穩定又快。早上的時候飯店門口不太好叫計程車,(飯店有幫忙叫)但還是花了一點時間!離機場的路段蠻容易塞車的,抓40-50分內很保守。
