'Het hotel is ok maar in Cebu zijn er andere opties (Marco Polo, Radisson Blu) voor bijna gelijke prijzen die veel meer bieden. Geen zwembad, wifi dramatisch, shuttle service beperkt in tijden en enkel naar Ayala mall. Ontbijt is basis.'

'The Diane residences is a nice quiet stay. The staff is very accommodating and there is a wonderful little restaurant right next-door as well as a tennis center down the block. It is a ways from major shopping areas, but that can either be a positive or negative depending on whether you want quiet and peace or you want the loud city commotion. For me it was the best of both worlds because if I really needed to leave it it was just a short 5 to 10 minute grab ride away. The breakfast at the place...

'King size bed, very big bathroom and shower. Clean and comfortable room. The restaurant didn't have a half of the choices from the menu. However, the food that they had was quite delicious. The breakfast was very nice, a lot of fruits and vegetables, wide range of pastries. The location is very central, near big malls and shopping centres. The staff was very unprofessional, knocking the door in the late night, disturbing our rest.'

'The staff was amazing and very helpful and accommodating. Arrived an hour early and checked in immediately. I was only there for 1 day and staff told me to go to Tops in the evening and that was the most beautiful place on top of a mountain overlooking Cebu. If you are ever in Cebu I highly recommend 18 Suites Cebu and visiting Tops. A '

'ホテルは２度目の宿泊です。以前はクエストホテル、今回はレジデンスに宿泊しました。どちらも最高ですが、レジデンスはお部屋が広く尚良かったです。ベッドも快適ですし、飲料水も１ガロン用意されていました。徒歩3分でアヤラモール があり、レストランも豊富です。アヤラモール 内にスーパーマーケットが2店舗あります。コンビニは近くのマクドナルドの横にセブンイレブンがあります。ホテル周辺はいつも渋滞していますが、グラブやタクシーは直ぐに来ます。レジデンスに宿泊する人のチェックインとチェックアウトはホテルロビーのレセプションカウンターを左奥に入った所で行います。朝食ビュッフェは一度利用しました。大人PHP700子供PHP350だったと思います。朝食はアヤラモール 周辺で安くも色々食べられるので、色々試すのも良いと思います。私達はレイトチェックアウトしましたが、15時までPHP1500、18時までPHP2500でした。'

'This is a great hotel to get settled in Cebu City before you head out to explore the rest of the island or depart out of the city. Rooms are relatively simple but nice. Only thing I missed was a safe but other than that it was a nice place to stay at!'
