'Het hotel is ok maar in Cebu zijn er andere opties (Marco Polo, Radisson Blu) voor bijna gelijke prijzen die veel meer bieden. Geen zwembad, wifi dramatisch, shuttle service beperkt in tijden en enkel naar Ayala mall. Ontbijt is basis.'

'This is our 4th time coming back to stay in Mandarin Plaza Hotel when we are in Cebu City. Fantastic location, just accross the Ayala Malls. The customer service assistance is excellent. All the staff we encountered are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The rooms are very clean, too! The housekeeping is really doing a great job in maintaining cleanliness amd orderliness in the room amd in the hallway. The room is spacious and we really like the space. 'King size bed, very big bathroom and shower. Clean and comfortable room. The restaurant didn't have a half of the choices from the menu. However, the food that they had was quite delicious. The breakfast was very nice, a lot of fruits and vegetables, wide range of pastries. The location is very central, near big malls and shopping centres. The staff was very unprofessional, knocking the door in the late night, disturbing our rest.'
