'This place is amazing, so quiet and cozy and direct access to cool hikes, and like other reviews it is not very clean inside or out. The cobwebs and dust are real and we had to rewash any dish we used as they were all dirty and there was trash and even clothing outside near the firepit/horseshoe area. The hottub was so great and also not clean so if you are picky and need things pretty clean, this could be an issue. It is also good to know that 4WD/AWD is pretty necessary. This place is remote,...

'There was plenty of space for my large family of 8 to sleep and the fishing was great right next to the cabin. '

'The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean, communication to access the condo was easy and prompt. The location is perfect if you want to be steps from Giant Steps slopes. '

'My husband , our one-year-old old and GSP pup had the best time for Mother's day weekend. This is the ultimate escape and relaxation destination. Fishing right out back was unreal! Everything was perfectly cleaned, and we had everything we needed and more! Zero complaints whatsoever. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we needed. Already thinking about planning our next visit with friends!'

'Took a group of friends to this property to hang out at read away from our kids. It was PERFECT. I really enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub- perfect reading places. Location was also beautiful- in the mountains :)'

'It was a great looking property that had everything we could have needed during our stay. The owners had all of the instructions for the tv and check out instructions for us to follow all of the guidelines. Overall a great experience and would rent again.'

'We had a blast staying here. The location in Duck Creek Village was incredible. The scenery in the mountains was picturesque. Our kids, ranging from ages 7-22, enjoyed playing pool, video games, and just hanging out. The cabin was awesome having bathrooms attached to each bedroom, a very nice feature. We also made smores on the firepit. A great stay for sure.'

'Perfect location. Close to the boat ramp, plenty of parking. Property is very spacious with lots of room to play outside. Cabin is very cozy and plenty of room to play outside. Great view of the mountains. House and property are very clean, rooms are huge lots of room. Close to Bryce Canyon. Property host amazing. Great communication and hospitality.Had an amazing time.'

'Great Cabin, the family loved staying there. Plenty of room and great views. I would stay there again. We had to be careful about only turning the hot water on in the sinks as it had a tendency to be super hot. The location of some of the light switches was unusual, around the kitchen especially. Overall a great stay'

"First of all, when we entered the building we had a deja vu moment...(we stayed here in 2017) and nothing has changed, but that's ok iff it had the same qualities as back then. At least the room was clean, but in the bathroom we had no water in the sink, so we had to use the kitchenette for water. The refrigerators made a terrible noise, the air-conditioning made a noise like a plane taking off. We won't be staying here again."

"This hotel was awfull. It looks really good on pictures but the rooms are super dirty, we looked at 3 different rooms and all of them where just as dirty!! They promised us to clean the room today but no one had even been in the room all day, not even the beds were made!! We asked for a refund but they only wanted to give us a refund for 1 night, while we were in a dirty room for 2 nights.. we canceled our reservation completely and went to an other hotel that IS clean. The front desk people were very nice and understanding and wanted to make things work, but unfortunately the managers were not. We are happy we went to another hotel."
