B-lui in het Lake House

Ontspan en word wakker met een prachtige zonsopgang en de roep van de Loons op Lake Leelanau. Dit Lake House is gemaakt om te ontspannen en te genieten van alles dat de natuur te bieden heeft. Je zult herten, wilde zwanen, zeearenden, zandkranen, wilde kalkoenen en nog veel meer zien terwijl je de kilometerslange paden in Leelanau County wandelt of fietst.
The Lake House is ontworpen als een thuis weg van huis met voorzieningen zoals internettoegang, een volledige vaatwasser, 5-pits gasfornuis, heteluchtoven, ijsblokjesmachine, wasserette, twee smart-tv's en warm water voor de kille mensen nachten. Er zijn drie slaapkamers met uitzicht op het meer. Twee met dubbele bedden en één met twee eenpersoonsbedden. De eettafel heeft een blad voor zes personen en een eiland met twee stoelen. Er is een tafel op het dek en een grote buitentafel met zitplaatsen voor zes personen. The Lake House ligt dicht bij het kleine stadje Cedar MI en op 20 minuten van Traverse City aan de oever van Lake Michigan. Traverse City heeft prachtige restaurants, winkels en een luchthaven die u overal naartoe kan brengen of terugbrengen.
Leelanau County is een groot schiereiland dat uitsteekt in Lake Michigan. M22 is een beroemde snelweg die het schiereiland omringt en toegang biedt tot pittoreske kleine vissersdorpjes, geweldige restaurants en winkels in Leland, Suttons Bay, Empire, Omena en Glen Arbor om er maar een paar te noemen. Mijlen van verharde fietspaden brengen u van Traverse City naar Suttons Bay, naar North Port en naar Sleeping Bear. Verken Sleeping Bear National Park - pak je camera om uitzicht op Lake Michigan en Glen Lake vast te leggen vanuit de heuvels en blufs die je overal in het park vindt. Wanneer u klaar bent met verkennen, keert u terug naar het Lake House. Ga zitten op het dek met uitzicht op het meer van Leelanau met een glas wijn uit een van de vele wijnhuizen waar het district van Leelanau bekend om staat - of ga zitten op een bankje op het dok, vis of kijk naar de boten en de vissers.
We hebben geweldige buren, waaronder een dierenarts uit de Tweede Wereldoorlog en zijn vrouw, dus we vragen wel dat er geen luide muziek of late-night-feesten zijn.

Great Cottage

Just had a great 2 week stay at B-Lazy. It is in a central location for exploring all that the Leelanau Peninsula has to offer. The cottage is well stocked with anything you might need. Particularly enjoyed the gas fireplace on cold nights. Owners were great to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

Lazy days on the lake

This is an ideal home for a peaceful get away in a lovely setting. The house itself is very well appointed with spacious living spaces both inside and outside, and has been very tastefully updated with all the amenities for a stress free vacation. The large deck is surrounded by lovely flower beds ( if you appreciate flowers you will be in for quite a treat) and a lush lawn leads to the dock and lakefront. Even if the weather isn’t conducive to lake activity there is so much one can do on the Leelenau Penninsula from wineries ( Bel Lago just up the road has delicious wines and pizza, set in the middle of tranquil gardens and water features) bike riding, fishing, hiking, shopping and much more. The owner was extremely accommodating always answering my inquiries very promptly. I would highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful spot

This home was well-cared for and well-equipped. The appliances were all top notch and the kitchen was stocked with more than we needed. We loved the sun room, and the porch was great to sit on and relax or enjoy a meal together. The owners let us use their lift to store our jet ski and they also had a shed where we stored our bikes and other outdoor games we brought along. That was a nice surprise. When we had questions, the owners had good communication to answer them. The flowers around the house are beautiful! My husband felt the bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable, and we are not used to a double bed , so he slept on the couch, which worked fine. I would be happy to stay here again if we decide to vacation in the area in the future.

So Peaceful

This little street is so quiet and peaceful. The photos of this cottage didn't do it justice. It was very clean and the best stocked rental we've ever stayed at. They really have everything you could need. The great room addition was the best part- very spacious for our family and we enjoyed doing puzzles at the table there. The lake is clean and we enjoyed being in the water, my kids loved catching minnows and small fish. Sitting at the end of the dock drinking coffee every morning was the best. The host was great at communicating. We went the week after the 4th of July and had perfect weather.

Leelanau Lakehouse

Absolutely delightful cottage. Spacious, clean, with updated amenities. Lake was lovely, especially when the sun was rising. We’d sit on the deck with our coffee each morning. Owner was easy to reach and helpful. Neighbors were very friendly too. 20-30 minute drives to TC, Glen Arbor, Fishtown. Highly recommend!

Cozy updated home on lovely 21 mile crystal clear lake!

Beautiful home on a gorgeous lake with so much to do in surrounding areas! Host was very responsive, We stayed with family so the one bath was not an issue. The home has everything you can possibly need and more. Boating, swimming, fishing, wineries, shopping, hiking, kayaking on the Crystal River and some fun restaurants were just a few of the things that made our vacation enjoyable. Great place. Only thing we commented on was the double bed in the primary bedroom. Overall a 5 star place the owners should be proud of!

Peaceful and relaxing

One of the best places we have ever stayed. Just a beautiful, perfect lakefront cottage. Plenty of room inside and great gathering areas outside. Extremely quiet neighborhood and pretty lake. B-Lazy and relax

The house is fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. It was super clean and very well appointed. B-Lazy was a perfect description for our trip — we stared at the lake a lot from the giant back room and deck. We will definitely come back if we can. There are plenty of things to see, with one of the many wineries just 5 minutes away, Fishtown 20 minutes, Grand Traverse and other lighthouses are less than and hour. Traverse city is 45 minutes or so too, in case you want city lights.

Beautiful and Peaceful

This lake house is beautifully remodeled with a wonderful walk in shower and upgraded kitchen. The location on a private beach front road was peaceful and gorgeous. I loved waking up to the sunrise over the lake every day. The large family room facing the lake was full of windows to let in the sun. The deck offers a lot of space for enjoying the views as well. The house was perfect for my husband and I but there is definitely space for additional guests. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Property!

My family stayed here and we had a wonderful time! We spent the week fishing, boating, and relaxing. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the surroundings and enjoyed talking to the neighbors. Especially meeting the World War II veteran and listening to his stories. Overall this property lived up to all of the beautiful pictures and reviews. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful Property

My stay at this property was very relaxing! The home is beautiful and located on beautiful lake Leelanau. I have been going to this area most of my life and this home did not disappoint! There was plenty of room, the house was supplied with everything I could possibly need and then some. You could fish off the dock if so desired. The lake has a nice sandy bottom, great for swimming. Plus, it is centrally located making it easy to get to all the local towns etc. I would definitely recommend this property! Great communication with the owners.

Our 40th wedding anniversary trip

It was a lovely older Lakehouse very clean and well-maintained. My wife and I had a wonderful time on this property! It meet every need we have. We both would love to stay at this property in the future. The only downfall of this trip was the fact that the mayflies were in bloom during the week.

We loved the home and the lake

The home is located off of the main road circling the lake which made it very quiet. When we were not biking and kayaking on beautiful lake Lelanau we spent most of the time in the family room facing the lake which had plenty of windows.

Just as advertised, only better…

Our stay at the lake house was awesome. There is so much to explore and do in the area. We enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming right in the backyard! Lake was perfect. The updates to the house are nice, with beautiful views of the lake right off the deck. The owners were very attentive and informative. Highly recommend.

Great family vacation cottage!

This cottage exceeded our expectations in so many ways! The house shows with "pride in ownership", and the owners have taken great care to maintain and update their cottage. The cottage is very well stocked and the owners have thought of absolutely everything. The owners are delightful to work with and quickly responded to our questions. Our family appreciated the WiFi, smart TVs and movie channels in the evenings. The front deck of the cottage is perfect for morning coffee and dinners each evening. The beach and swimming area are very nice. Every night we had a fire in the fire pit right near the lake. The location of the property is a very short drive from Cedar which has a coffee shop, restaurant, and ice cream which we visited on more than one occasion. It is also a short drive to Leland/Fishtown which is such a cute little town for shopping and lunch. We have already rebooked for next year!
