'What a lovely house! We had a fabulous time enjoying the beach nearby, watching bird and frogs on the screened in porch, and loving the quiet sounds of the ocean. This was a great vacation, the kids loved the sound and we had a blast exploring Cedar Island, still untouched by a lot of commercial development and hopefully staying that way!'

'The photos and description are completely misleading. Photos are several years old from a realtor's listing in 2022 and apparently no upkeep has taken place since then. A few rooms were tolerably clean but there is exposed rat poison beside pots and pans, clutter and debris, half used food in the fridge and cupboards, etc., etc. We've filed a 9 page complaint with VRBO including lots of pictures asking for a refund. '

'This home was very clean and had a great private property with long dock and chairs to enjoy nature. We have never been to the area and is a bit remote so I'd recommend bringing food and supplies initially if you need. Great getaway spot to disconnect with plenty of amenities and fully furnished kitchen.'

'The house in a great location on the island. Very clean and well kept. Plenty of room and it's very nice that they add little amentities like the covered boat parking. Plenty of cooking utensils and are even nice enough to leave little things like spices and condiments. Would definitely stay again.'
