Welcome to The Egret at Nature`s Landing Condominiums, your go-to destination for a great vacation experience. In condo B202, The Egret, you`ll find a lively and welcoming atmosphere that feels just like home, but better! With a brand new queen bed and a handy queen hide-a-bed, the condo comfortably sleeps 4 people. Off the bedroom there is a full bath and there is another half bath in the main living area.

We keep our condo spotlessly clean and smartly furnished, featuring a cozy breakfast bar, 4 top dining table and fun local art. Enjoy the convenience of a large, walk-in shower in the master bath, alongside a roomy walk-in closet and laundry. Both the living room and the bedroom have televisions allowing you to sit back and watch your shows wherever is most comfortable. If you`re heading to the beach we also provide beach towels.

On-site at Nature’s Landing, you`ll love the amenities. Take a dip in the heated pool, unwind in the hot tub, or grill up at our barbecue spots. Launch a kayak from the dock area, fish to your heart`s content, or simply relax and watch the birds. There is also an elevator which makes getting to your floor quick and easy.

Just a block away, downtown Cedar Key offers an array of local cuisine, fun bars, and unique shops. Learn about the local culture at The Cedar Key Museum or take a leisurely stroll along the beach. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the boardwalk, hit the nature trails, or paddle out to discover the surrounding keys.

Please keep in mind, while there is a lot of open parking, B202 does not come with a designated parking space.
There is a nice mattress topper stored in the bedroom closet that can be used on the sofa bed.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
