'We stayed for 3 nights and this was our first trip to Vermont. The location was very good and there was plenty of parking space. We expected some warm continental breakfast but only donuts and coffee&teas. The room was enough space and easy to access but little old and it was little bit smelly. We enjoyed warm swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Anyway we enjoyed our staying in Burlington and want to come back again in autumn or in winter again. But I may stay in other hotels next time even pay little...

'We had a wonderful stay at the Old Lantern Inn in Charlotte VT. Our room was large with a king and a twin bed and views of Lake Champlain. The inn was very quiet and clean. We can’t say enough about the innkeeper Lisa; she went above and beyond to ensure that not only were our needs met, but our expectations exceeded. Continental breakfast is modest but tasty. 'property was fine. The extra $5.00 charge on my credit card was annoying. Claimed it was for internet use. I did not choose to upgrade to faster internet. Used it only briefly and did not want or need higher speed. I do not appreciate being charged extra for internet use. We will think seriously about using Choice hotels when they sneak extra charges on your bill.'
