'The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay.'

'Great location. Room was clean. WiFi signal not good in my area of the hotel. I work remotely and had to use my hotspot as the WiFi was poor. Room was clean but sparse. No desk. No chair. Nowhere to put my luggage. New vinyl floor was improperly installed causing a suction noise whenever you waked on it. Wasn’t expecting much but got better value at same price from a few other hotels in area.'

'We stayed for 3 nights. The room was outdated but pretty clean. The bathroom was a little dirty around the edges of the floor but otherwise room was clean. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were awesome. They greeted you every morning for breakfast and kept the area well stocked and immaculate. It's only a 6 minute drive from cedar point!! We will return!'

'Save your money. This hotel is DIRTY. The second floor is used for people living there. They close off part of the hotel forcing you to walk outside around the building to access the other half of the building. 2 homeless men hangout in the back parking lot by your car all day and night. The sink had dry tooth paste in it and the shower had someone else black hair in the tub. Just GROSS'

'Weird self-check-in arrangement--no reception desk or staff, just an e-mail with a code to let yourself in & out and a phone number in case you need anything--very impersonal, but o.k. if you don't like dealing with people. Fresh, tidy, and trendy inside. Bedside reading lights and a chair to sit on would be nice (stools at the counter are too high for tying shoes), as would a light outside the door that doesn't attract bugs.
