Concert Stay
The property looks exactly like the pictures. Check in was simple. Home is in a run down area. No issues with anything besides the bedding smelling like bad BO. The sheets and comforter appeared to not be cleaned either at all or not very well. It was very repulsive.

Brianna, I am so sorry to hear that your experience was not as enjoyable as all the other guest I have had. I ensure you all the bedding was washed with tide and downy fabric softener. I wish you would of reached out to lmk you were not happy with something at the property. My goal is to make sure every guests has a pleasurable experience. Once again sorry this did not meet your expectations.

Very nice property
This was just the right size for my family of four. (would work for 6 as well). Nicely redone. We will stay here again if in Cedar Rapids area. Owner is working on a fire pit out in back. Will be a nice addition when finished. It was centrally located to all the activities and shops we visited.

The property was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown; we were able to walk to and from our concert venue. The home was very modern and cozy. Our host was very responsive and timely to questions, even providing recommendations to local restautants and activities. He continues to add ammenities and relaxing spaces to the back patio area. We were very pleased with our stay!

Quick Girlfriend Getaway
Easy to find, cozy but sleeps 6 if you use bunk beds. Beautifully remodeled. Huge TVs. Near lots of places to eat or pick up supplies. Convenient off street parking and easy to get in and out. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend.
