Grand Mesa Area Gem
We thoroughly enjoyed a comfortable stay at Stephanie’s Central Cedaredge Cottage. Stephanie provided prompt and clear communication, and she was extremely helpful and kind. The cottage is in the perfect location - a neighborhood right off of 65 / the Grand Mesa Scenic Byway. It has walkable access to a grocery store, charming restaurants, and a liquor store. While there, we visited the Grand Mesa, White River, Uncompahgre, and Gunnison National Forests. The cottage itself is cozy and comfortable with all the appropriate amenities. If you are interested in staying in the area, this property should be at the top of your list.

Good location
Great location. This house is tired with well worn items with animal smells and dirty carpet. Bring your slippers to avoid the funk.I don’t have a dog so all the dog droppings on the drive way and walk ways caught us off guard.

I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed in your stay. We work hard to keep the property clean and pet-free. Unfortunately, we do occasionally find deer droppings around the home and always clean them up when found. We have an appointment to get the carpet cleaned at the next available opportunity.

The house was within half a mile from Family so very convenient to lodge and return for a nap or return to pick up forgotten item. I wish it could have been a 4 bedroom for another family member but there was a nearby motel. The pantry had coffee which was awesome along with other staple items. That was appreciated. We had a good stay.

A clean home conveniently located a walking distance from the main street (downtown) and in a quiet area. The house is equipped with everything you possibly need for a comfortable stay. The host was easy to communicate with.

Great place to stay to visit the Grand Mesa national forest. Cedaredge has everything you need: grocery store, liquor store, and some good places to eat. The property location is right in the middle of everything. A really nice place with three bedrooms and two bath.

Wonderful Place

Grand Mesa Holiday
Cedaredge Cottage met all of my expectations for location, cleanliness, and amenities. The cottage is within easy walking distance of the local food store and Dollar General. In addition, you can easily walk to the local greenway where you can see chipmunks, deer, a variety of birds, and even a snake or two. The location was a short drive to Grand Mesa National Forest and Black Canyon of the Gunnison. The home has excellent Wi-fi which was a must due to the need to "work from home" during part of my holiday. Stephanie was a wonderful host and answered all of my questions promptly. I would definitely stay at this home again.

Of first importance, it was really clean. It's well stocked with all the necessary items for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Little niceties were included, like foaming hand soap, lotion puffs, dish and laundry cleaning supplies and bins for recyclables. The guest notebook was very helpful for local and property information. A clean garage allowed parking out of the weather; another plus. And, for our purposes, it is well situated for accessing the Grand Mesa. It's highly likely we'll be back next year.

Cozy bungalow
We were in Cedaredge to attend a Hope in Christ conference at Cedaredge camp. The Spring weather was unpredictable. The first night was warmer than expected but we opened windows and enjoyed the fresh air. The next day was blustery and wet so we needed warmth and comfort when we came home. The house was all that and we felt safe and cozy. We were just minutes from the camp and so we came back for meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We were very happy with the accommodations. Thank you, Stephanie!
