We had a wonderful stay at the villa in July 2025. We were 13 adults (6 couples and one single friend) and we found there was ample room for all of us. The villa is perfectly located for Ostuni, Locorotondo, and Alberobello, and Matera was a 90 min drive away (do not miss). Teresa was an excellent host, clear and helpful and communicative, and the house was absolutely beautiful and well-appointed. We had some small technical issues but Teresa was always available to respond and fix them. She put us in touch with Flinny, who is a local chef, and we really loved having her prepare breakfasts for us and a special celebratory Birthday dinner. It was a beautiful touch and it really helped us all relax. All in all, it was an incredible stay.

Perfecto!

The villa was all that we required… clean and plenty of space for four family groups. Beautiful pool area. The outdoor dining space was perfect for family breakfasts and dinners in the tranquil evenings. Flinnie, our breakfast chef, was amazing and wonderful arriving every morning with fresh bread and fruit and setting up and serving breakfast . It was a perfect start to the day. Flinnie also cooked a delicious dinner of Pugliese food along with vegetarian choices…amazing, we had an evening of great food, wine and dancing. The location is central to many of the famous towns in Puglia and reasonably close to Matera (1.5 hrs away). Transport is essential and best provided by a local tour operator, such as Puglia With Locals…this was a perfect combination for us.

Lovely, spacious Villa

We were 2 families with teen kids (9 of us in total) and had a great time at Teresa’s villa. It is rustic feeling Trulli style construction, comfortable beds, lots of space to eat and lounge outside. Aircon in most rooms. A really good sized pool. The location was perfect for visiting local towns and restaurants. Teresa was good on comms. Martina Franca and Cisterino were our favourite places. We needed longer than a week really but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.

Simply fantastic.

Wonderful property. Beautiful and quiet location, rooms and bathrooms are all comfortable, spacious and fully updated, great water pressure, kitchen is well appointed, wifi connection was great and the hosts are gracious and helpful. We were a group of 9 and everyone had lots of space and privacy. We will definitely stay again! Thank you Teresa for a memorable Pugliese experience.

Très bon séjour, jolie villa, idéale à plusieurs. Plusieurs choses ne fonctionnaient pas mais la propriétaire a été réactive. Nous aurions juste aimé savoir que deux chambres étaient climatisés et pas toutes. Malgré tout nous avons apprécié notre location.

Magnifique et agréable logement Troulis

Tout d’abord, Teresa, l’hôte est très réactive aux messages, très disponible et à l’écoute des besoins. Une perle, vraiment. Nous étions 3 familles de 4 personnes et c’est vraiment parfaitement adapté avec toutes les commodités et l’équipement nécessaire. Le logement est vraiment magnifique, typique des pouilles, bien isolé sur une vaste étendue. Les différentes zones : terrasse extérieure, salon extérieur, piscine, zone sous les oliviers sont vraiment vastes et permettent à chacun de trouver sa place. Les chambres sont très belles, propres et typiques. Très belle partie barbecue et four à Pizza avec l’équipement idéal. Bref agréable surprise où on se sent directement chez soit.

Beautiful residence in even more beautiful scenery. In the houses you find everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are clean and the landlady Teresa is super friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. In addition, there are numerous possibilities for excursions (beach and city tours) in the area. Teresa has a lists of nice places, restaurants, beaches... It's absolutely worth it to have a cooking date with Ada for at least one evening - it's delicious and the evening might end with Italian folklore :) The trulli borgo is definitely worth it and we would choose it again. The right place to be in Valle d’Itria

The house has all you need for a comfortable holiday in the countryside: a big kitchen and patio for staying with friends, rooms whit private bathroom, a nice swimming pool and enough land around to ensure you will not hear the neighbors. Last but not least the home has been refurbished in a very pleasant way.

The owner was very accommodating . We enjoyed the quiet and relaxation of the country side. The olive trees and Lavender was abundant. We enjoyed long walks on the country side roads in the morning.

Great vacation for large family gathering of 13

Overall, we had a very good time. We were 13 (of which 5 kids between 4 and 9 years-old) and the trulli suited us very well, with three separate "houses" and all the amenities needed. It is very well-located near the main towns of Martina Franca, Ceglie, Cisternino, Ostuni, etc. We also had Teresa's cook (Ada) come and make dinner for us quite a few times - delicious home-cooked Puglian/Italian food. Given our group, it was a great to have someone buy groceries and prepare dinner when we got home in the evenings and it was great value for money. We had some queries during the stay and Teresa was very reactive. The house is in the country, so insects and bugs are normal. However, areas under the mattresses were not cleaned and the kids were bit quite badly by some bugs/insects. All in all, we would go back here in a heartbeat.

Fantastic find in the Puglia countryside

You could not ask for anything more. Teresa is a great host and very responsive to any queries. Teresa arranged dinner to be cooked for us on our first night in the villa. The chef and her husband came and cooked traditional local food which was amazing - I would definitely recommend this. The pizza oven and bbq were also a hit with the group. The villa was the perfect size for 13 adults with all the facilities you would need. The location of the villa is also great to explore the area on day trips - we went to Ostuni, Polignano a Mare and Lecce. Would have liked to have explored more but the temptation to chill by the pool at the villa was too great some days.

Très bel endroit où il fait bon vivre. La conception de la maison permet d’avoir son indépendance. La piscine est magnifique. Perdue au milieu des oliviers le lieu est vraiment agréable propice au repos mais aussi à faire la fête. La propriétaire est charmante et reste à votre écoute.

Merveilleux séjour dans une très belle maison, pleine de charme et d'authenticité. Nous étions trois familles et les petits trulli permettaient d'avoir son intimité. La région est superbe et nous avons pu visiter depuis la maison sans difficulté. Teresa est très accueillante et très réactive, n'hésitez pas à demander les services de Ada pour la cuisine . Très belle expérience!

Had a wonderful time

This is a terrific house in a great area in Puglia. There are 6 very comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, great pool, and very comfortable outdoor area for dining and separate lounging area. Teresa was extremely helpful in arranging chefs to come prepare dinner, taxis, etc. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone interested. Three of the bedrooms have air conditioners, while three are in trulli and so stay relatively cool. I imagine that if it were exceptionally hot, those rooms may be quite warm for sleeping, but we had perfect weather and had no trouble falling asleep at night.
