'The staff was ok we communicated by phone the room was not bad but the pull out bed was not clean. They didn't provide all the necessary linings we did can to talk to the representative they never addressed the issue they had us waiting and then offered a 25 percent discount.'

'Me quedé una sola noche con mi familia. El lugar estaba extremadamente limpio, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas . El lugar es muy accesible y hay estacionamiento en frente . El área es muy céntrica está cerca de todo. Está a 8 minutos de San Patricio Mall . Cuando llegamos no había electricidad pero no hubo problema porque tienen generador eléctrico, que ni cuenta nos dimos que no había luz ya que funcionaba el a/c y todo perfecto. 'Our stay was great! The location is amazing and in a walkable area of condado. The air conditioning in the room was very strong. We did have an issue checking in because the link they sent was not clickable. Also note that you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilets and the shower water temperature was hard to control (either really hot or really cold) with weak pressure. 'The area was alot different next door to a abandoned building people hanging out. The inside was nice beside the stains of the couch. When asked for a refund nope nothing. They were just concerned about the money paid for the location and notbthe safety of the individual. Expedia needs to screen areas a little bit better. Check in and checked right back out. 'This hotel deserves more stars! As soon as you walk in you can just feel the calmness the hotel has. It so beautiful inside. It’s super clean and the workers are all very friendly especially the lady that was in the storage room, she was the cutest! I solo traveled for the first time and I felt so comfortable staying here. I’d definitely book again!'

'Property was exactly as stated in the listing. Everything I needed was available, and had no issues with the apartment. It is a historic building so there is dampness/moisture scents however, with the air conditioner it was fine. The location is amazing and the room was very quiet at night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location and would recommend it highly.'
