'Clean room, nice staff, great location'

'Awe, no breakfast in the am. They used to have it but now, no more. Nice quiet place to sleep despite ambalance sirens going off in the wee hours. Overall, nice place to sleep.'

'Overall our stay was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, check in and out was easy and the hotel itself is nice. Only complaints were that the shower would fluctuate between hot and cold even when set at the hottest setting and the parkade could use some serious work. It was super close to the attractions we went to like Thermea and the theatre which was nice.'

We were woken up at 8 every morning by people working in the hallway and outside the door. Drilling and hammering were not the best wake-up call. We didn’t have anyone come into the room to clean or replace towels at all until the last day, after we complained, and even then they left dirty dishes and we had to ask for towels at the front seat. 'Vahid and No. 5 east are just a sheer delight! The house is lovely, breakfast was great, and Vahid is so welcoming and cheerful. Only minor complaint is that, in the winter, if you aren't in a car, the nearest restaurants and shops are a bit of a walk, especially if it's winter.'
