'Stunning grounds, fantastic castle and winery tour and wonderful warm and friendly people that are passionate about making your stay perfect. The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!'

'Hotel splendido. Situazione molto tranquilla, poche camere, molta attenzione al benestare dei clienti. La proprietaria Serena vi ovatterá con mille attenzioni. Colazione a la cart eccellente, prodotti freschi del posto, di stagione. Ristorante molto buono in un contesto incantevole. Area piscina tranquilla, una pace quasi paradisiaca. Camere ben arredate, ottima climatizzazione, letti comodissimi. La SPA una coccola unica. Noha di Galatina é strategica, con un auto si raggiunge tutto il salento...
