'Tiene una ubicación excepional, frente a la laguna, la habitación es amplia y cómoda. Tiene una TV de unas 50 pulgadas y algunos canales con programas variados, aire acondicionado y dos ventiladores de techo. No me gustó que una ocasión, no tendieron una cama. La limpieza del baño puede ser mejor, ví algunos insectos pequeños muertos. Tienen una fuga de agua y un muro está mojado.'

'The location is beautiful and adorable, feels like you are in nature. The little rooms are perfect to feel apart of the location. Low scores due to tiny ants that were all over our room and bedding. It’s difficult to get rid of them because of the location. The power also went out multiple times during our stay leaving us not able to shower on our departure date.'

'Nice basic hotel in Bacalar. Spacious bedroom with big beds, a good shower and a powerful A/C. Friendly staff during check-in and check-out. Unfortunately the pool was empty for cleaning during our stay. Safe parking inside the perimeter of the hotel area. Quite far from the laguna, but good for a quick overnight stay in Bacalar.'

'Vanwege het uitzicht kozen we voor een bungalow. Het uitzicht was inderdaad prachtig, maar de stoeltjes op het balkon waren zeer oncomfortabel. Aan het uiteinde van de pier stonden wel een paar ligbedden. De wifi in het huisje was ronduit slecht, voor wifi moest je naar het hoofdgebouw. Er was weinig kastruimte, alleen een rek met een paar hangers. Koelkastje en kluisje ontbraken ook. Het (overigens vriendelijke) personeel sprak nauwelijks Engels. De tweede nacht was er extreem veel...

'El baño estaba sucio, con fuerte olor a orina, como si no tallaran la taza en al menos una semana. Nunca funcionó el internet. Se sentian los resortes del colchón. Toda la noche hubo ruido como de un generador, y también se oia un timbre, primero pensé que era la puerta pero era bastante seguido, tal vez era la alarma de la lavadora. No dormimos bien. No lo recomiendo Lo único bueno fue la atención de la recepcionista y que el aire acondicionado si funciona. Es de OYO'

'Todo muy bonito la estancia súper padre la vista increíble como comentario hace falta un dispensador de agua fría y caliente ya que por las noches no se queda personal te dan lllave y todo pero al menos el servicio de restaurante comienza hasta casi las 12 y si tomas café tienes q salir del hotel pero todo lo demás muy bien'

'El lugar es muy bonito, tiene una excelente vista hacia la laguna. Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos ahí, y tanto la cabaña como la habitación son muy bonitas. En cuanto al personal, son muy atentos todos, Miguel y María José, así como la propietaria. Les recomendamos el lugar. Como mejora, podría integrarse en la habitación un frigobar.'
