'If you are looking for a quaint, quiet place to lodge near north Conway, TuckAway Suites in Intervale is the perfect spot. The rooms are clean, spacious, cozy, well equipped with a small kitchenette, comfortable bed, large bathroom, pretty views of the river & great decor. The property manager, Courtney, was VERY efficient & attentive in sending helpful texts/emails regarding check in/out & quickly answered questions we had. She even gave us hiking tips. We would definitely stay here again!...

'We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. '

'Geweldig appartement. Ruim ingericht, schoon, netjes en van al het gemak voorzien. Wij waren er in April, buiten de schoolvakantie (US) en buiten het skiseizoen, dan is het wat afgelegen en niet druk bezet. Jammer dat het zwembad en de hot tub niet open was - alleen te reserveren 24u van te voren) maar het appartement voelde als thuis komen. Heel fijn ook dat er een wasmachine en droger was inclusief twee zakjes met waspoeder zodat je niet nog apart wasmiddel moet aanschaffen. Zeker in het...

'Very big house that accommodated a lot of people without feeling like we were on top of each other. We couldn’t get the TVs to work, which was a minor inconvenience. But other than that, it’s a great place to stay. '

After seeing the prestige condition of his home, it was easy to understand his high expectations. Perfect place if you are looking for a quiet haven away from others. "Left with mixed feelings. We were friendly greeted. The room was fantastic. Clean, spacious, excellent bed and shower. The scenery of the lobby and backdrop of the mountains is stunning. We decided to have dinner at the hotel. The staff was very friendly but probably understaffed. It took a very long time to get the order in and adter the first course it took about 30 minutes for the second. We didn’t mind too much but there was a guy sitting next to us who waited equally as long just to make his order. We simply didn’t see any staff for 30 minutes at all. The food was average to be honest. I had their signature burger which was very dry and tough to swallow. The fries very salty. Not great, not bad. Dessert was good on the other hand. There was a mixup with the bill (we got it from another table) so had to walk to the counter. Honest mistake and was solved quickly and friendly. Next morning we decided to checkout first and then stay for brunch. There was nobody at the counter and there was a sign to simply drop the keys so we did. We went over to the breakfast/dinner area. We ordered drinks first which again took a long time time to arrive. You could tell she’d forgot because when she returned to take our food order she noticed we hadn’t received our drinks. The food was okay, and not expensive. I received our invoice during breakfast which stated a weird charge so had to go to the counter to sort that out. It was yet another mistake. Staff is friendly yet many mistakes. "

"Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however when the fire alarm sounded a 7 AM in the morning. All the guests left their room and gathered outside but THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SIGHT. No one told us what was going on or what we were supposed to do. When we made a complaint about the poor communication around the fire alarm when we checked out the guy at the counter didn't even bother to look at me. It was a very disappointing ending to what otherwise had been a pretty decent experience. Do better! "
