Step outside to unwind on the deck, soak in the hot tub, or gather around the firepit in the expansive private yard that backs up to conservation land. The area is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, offering swimming, fishing, and boating on the lake, as well as golfing at the nearby Indian Mound Golf Club. In winter, King Pine Ski Area is just over nine miles away, providing excellent skiing and tubing opportunities for all levels. Or, venture a bit further (30 minutes or so) to the Conway area for shopping at the quaint shops and outlets, many different restaurants, Storyland Theme Park and many other activities for every season.

Inside, the home boasts a generous layout with a large living room, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for family gatherings. The first floor also features a cozy den and a convenient half bath with a washer/dryer. Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, including a king, queen, full, and twin bed, along with two full bathrooms. With five TVs throughout the house, everyone can enjoy their favorite shows, and the finished basement offers a fun space with a pool table and additional seating.
