Lovely little farmhouse. Very cozy and quiet. The sunrise was breathtaking. We walked daily along the gravel road. Neighbors were friendly and the owners were fantastic. They were very prompt in returning any texts we sent through the app.

House and Wedding Venue

Our stay was amazing!! The property was super well maintained! We had our wedding hosted there. The owners were super helpful and kind. They had supplied all the tables and chairs needed for the wedding along with a lot of basic decor. They even helped set up! This is probably the best experience we have had with a vacation rental. 100/10 would recommend. Wether its an event or a weekend get away. This place is a gem!

Perfect Home Away From Home

This home was perfect for our family that loves to grill, play yard games, walk, and enjoy the countryside scenery. The communication was excellent and the home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would give more stars if I could. We will definitely be booking again when we visit our son at UCM.

Adorable farmhouse!

The property was perfect for a quiet weekend family getaway. The big front porch complete with rocking chairs was the ideal spot to enjoy a cold drink and watch the lightning bugs and bats. The home is well appointed and comfortable for the whole family.

Stop looking! Amazing getaway!

Stop looking! Just book it!! Beautiful older home with beautiful property views. We did absolutely nothing but relax, visit and cook in the stocked kitchen. Did not really even turn on the tv so can’t speak to that. This house has everything you could possibly need. Every aspect of the beds were so comfortable! The pillows, comforters and throw blankets were ideal. Also the natural light that comes through was great but there were awesome curtains that blocked out the light for those lazy mornings sleeping in. The decor was simply perfect. Our favorite part was roasting hotdogs and marshmallows and enjoying the fire pit at night. They provided a ton of firewood but we also brought our own. IF I HAD to give one suggestion, it would be to provide luggage racks for each room for ultimate perfection lol. We had one minor hiccup and the host h responded immediately and resolved the issue. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend!!

Wonderful little farm house!

We loved this house! It was perfect for our group in size and location. We used it as a base to visit family who are stationed at Weitman Air Force Base, outside of Warrensburg , and to make a speed run too far eastern Missouri to see the total eclipse. It was clean and well taken care of with a nicely stocked kitchens. The owners were very prompt with responses when we had questions regarding anything. The next time we visit if the house is available we will definitely be staying there again.

Family Christmas Gathering

The Farmhouse was PERFECT for our family gathering. This home has been well cared for and maintained. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Julie and Jeremy were very responsive and excellent hosts. We look forward to returning.

Perfect Thanksgiving retreat!

Absolutely perfect home! The property is immaculate, renovated, but still maintains the historical charm. Location is quiet and beautiful, but close enough to town for anything you need. Hosts are so welcoming with a sweet welcome basket and great communication. House had everything we needed to prepare and host Thanksgiving dinner for my kids. Loved it. Thank you for my favorite VRBO stay so far.
