'My room was handicap equipped with a large bathroom, great shower, and grab bars. The bed was comfortable and had 4 long soft pillows. The room had a coffee maker and fridge, and they resupplied the coffee every day without me having to ask! Really enjoyed my 3 day stay and will stay there again next time I'm in Dayton.'

Maintenance request was promptly handled, hallways and dining area clean and breakfast well-stocked although, the regional favorite of sausage gravy on biscuits was not available.'

'Stayed for one night at the Courtyard. It's hard to find a good hotel in Dayton but this is one of the newer ones. Hotel is clean and comfy but in the area are no restaurants or bars. You need to have a car or take taxi to go out for dinner. Hotel has a good breakfast!'
