Didn't like that website states that pay at facility requires you to pay in the owners' preferred currency - Euro's. Dollars should be acceptable payment, as this IS the USA. Overall, Comfort Inns are usually well kept & dependable.'

'I always stay at Homes2Suite Richmond, IN when I visit family. From the moment I arrive to when I leave, everything is great! The front desk and breakfast staff are always so helpful and accommodating to our needs! The only thing, my husband says the water pressure in the shower needs work! Lol'

There was a man working in the kitchen but not replenishing any hot food. People were coming in to eat but there wasn't any thing there. A shame because the hotel was wonderful. They should be better at breakfast

'I had an amazing time at the Comfort Inn, the housekeepers are friendly and the managers too, my key didn’t work and the woman eho helped me gladly walked with me to check it out. Eventually solved and i could get back into my room. I had an amazing stay, the rooms are clean, everyday clean towels and if you wanted your room clean just sit downstairs and have a free breakfast meal. 100% satisfied and looking forward to come visiting again!'
