'Hotel werd aan buitenzijde gerenoveerd. De ontbijtzaal en de lobby waren misschien wel de mooiste van de Hampton Inn hotels die we ooit bezocht hadden. Knus/huisje. 'IT is a very new hotel with very Nice and specious Room.
There was a very loud party of guest who were up till 3 in the morning. We complained at the frontoffice at 24.00 in the evening. They react and ask the party to be quiet, but didn’t follow up. So the party was quiet for 10 minuets and then were load again.
Breakfast was average. '

'Great service, friendly staff, extremely comfortable beds! Won't stay anywhere else when we come down for our state convention! They even had Dove shampoo and conditioner and body wash and not travel size they were big bottles. Please don't take those bottles if you stay there. It was very nice for them to have that provided in the rooms. I have never seen that before and that was a very kind of provision. '

'Overall it was nice. Staff was very nice and courteous. Our room AC didn’t work but we knew they were full and we didn’t want to change rooms after getting in, so we dealt with it and reported it in the morning. I’m sure they took care of it right away. '

'The check-inn was unkind.
We arrived very tired and when we got to bed we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom.
We were too tired to dress again and put the dead animal aside.
When leaving we showed the picture of the cockroach and complained about the cleaning. No sorries, no compensation and only two persons behind the desk discussing how the cockroach got into the room. Only to us “send the picture to us!”.We left disappointed and confused. Offical complaint will follow. Never back again...

'It was quiet. The staff was great and helpful. Its close to a lot of stores and restaurants. I enjoyed myself. The only thing I didn't like was no outlet close to the tv where we could hook up our video games. I had to get an extension cord. Other than that. 10/10'

'All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. I travel with my dog and the outside of the property is VERY well lit. I never felt unsafe outside at night walking my dog. I would stay at the property again!'

He was yelling at girl below in the dining area. He was so loud ( 6:30 am) I could hear him from above on the walkway to elevator. Yelling who the f cares! I was planning to eat my free breakfast, but was uncomfortable so I grabbed a wrapped muffin and milk and walked to the desk. He did not greet me, I had to repeat my desire to check out....

'The facility did not have a way get to the next floors and that was not good because my wife is handicapped but they did get us a room on the bottom floor which was very appreciated and there pool was under construction plus the ice machine was on the third floor you had to walk up to third just to get ice that was not good'
