Room 209: Clean and well-maintained with fresh bedding. Cons: The wardrobe is impractical (only two hangers), the safe was broken, and a stale tobacco odor lingered despite it being a non-smoking room (an ashtray was present). Bathroom: Tidy, but had a loose toilet seat. It lacks a towel hook and sufficient shelf...

'The hotel was very nice and charming. The room was very comfortable with a big bathtub with water jets. Breakfast was very good. The little inconvenience was that the hotel was not close for the points of interest, which were reachable only by bus or car. We rented a car and we visited all the important sites and even other less frequented buy tourists. The staff was nice. Three days previous to our arrived we communicated with the staff to arranged a transfer by car from Kayseri airport to...

'We had an amazing stay here. We travelled all the way from the USA. Our host was very friendly and helpful during our stay. This hotel is very clean, quiet, and luxurious. I would stay here again! Thank you to our host for being accommodating!'

'The property looked new, clean, specious, well-equiped, comfortable and with a wonderful terrasse. Sherifeh our host was always available, helpful and generous. She has a Master degree in hotel management and broad education ewhich means interesting cultural discussions. She made us feel like family and her attitude is genuine. Best hotel during our tour in Turkey. Sherifeh you made our 4 nights stay memorable. THANK YOU'
