Our stay started off on a concerning note, as we were asked at check-in to leave a positive review in exchange for free sauna access. We were required to post the review immediately—before even receiving our room key—which felt misleading and unprofessional.

'A good value no frills budget room, ideal for a short stay. No lift, and it is up a few flights of stairs. Comfortable, clean, and well located, you need to ring on arrival to gain access. The staff are quick and helpful to respond, and provide a welcoming check in experience.'
'Hotel was fine, good location near the centre, helpful and nice staff like Victoria but also others at the bar and the guy for parking. Breakfast was good and complete. TV was equipped with many different channels

'Cute hotel in the perfect location. Don't expect a hotel with a Vegas vibe as I presume the bad reviews were expecting. This is an old building, with rooms that make you feel that you are sleeping in a small castle. Very nice people, nice breakfast, a small bar with everything on it, and a cool experience. Definitely a good choice. Again, not for the people that want a Vegas experience. '
