'Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and bathroom were spotless and the toiletries offered were very good. Virtually soundproof room, excellent for the music heard from the weekend entertainment, but the sound was heard through the door to the gallery outside the door. It didn’t bother me much. We enjoyed their buffet breakfast with fresh fruit and freshly cooked eggs. I couldn’t be more pleased with a hotel.'

'Bruyant. Impossible de dormir avec le bruit de la discothèque juste à côté, plus un groupe qui à continuer la fête dans la rue jusque 06h00 au matin. Dommage car l'hôtel est pourtant très correct, le personnel sympathique, le déjeuner simple mais suffisant. Une meilleure insonorisation de la chambre pourrait sans doute diminuer les nuisances sonores extérieures.'

'De airconditioning koelt niet echt, ook al staat hij op "koud" (10°), en soms voelt het warm aan in de kamer. Als iemand de deur dichtdoet, maakt dat een heel hard geluid en is dat erg storend tijdens het slapen. Het hotel ligt naast het winkelcentrum (waar ook restaurants zijn) en de metro.'

'Nice place to stay but the maintenance of the hotel is bad. 5*GL is a joke. Cleaning is poor. Staff is nice but the management is chaotic. Hotel is understaffed. '
